I’ve been buying theses for years. And although at first they work like a charm they quickly turn to garbage. They go slack when the heat comes so you’re constantly adjusting them because if they even barely touch the floor people’s feet start catching them and tear the trim. The first few times you go through them with a tray of food it’s fine but wait till the time the magnetic seem catches on you and you’ll realize the lady in the picture on the box may be covered in scars by now from hot plates. The magnets suck and the material gets stretchy and grabby. Great at first then you find yourself trying to guide the magnets to each other. They’re worse in the wind or with a fan on. Getting a real screen door defeats the purpose of hands free coming and going. Please make them with stronger magnets and less stretchy material! I wish I had the couple hundred dollars back I’ve spent on these things. Just my experience with them and my opinion. Good luck.

We bought two of these for our back door. The door is not used much by us, but it is used by our small dogs. We ended up having to add magnets to the screen for it to hold up to the wind. The magnets that came with it fell off and we had to super glue them back on. We fought this for two months and felt that it was worth it this year to put the second one up. It has only been up for two days and all of the magnets have popped off. We just took it down and will be finding a different way to allow the puppies to wonder in and out.

Attached with fancy thumbtacks that stay in securely. Magnetic closures work well and never had any trouble. Works well for pets who want to access balcony, but keeps out insects. I've talked 3 friends into them for pets and they all loved it. Used mine for two years and bought a new one when I moved after some minor wear & tear. 110% recommend it

We have been without a screen on our sliding door leading to the backyard and pool since moving in. With 3 dogs, 4 grandkids, and LOTS of outdoor activities, I really had my doubts it would hold up to the high traffic. I am thrilled to report that after 2 weeks, it’s still working as designed with no issues. It’s easy in and easy out as described and the strong magnets realign and snap closed quickly. It has been so nice to be able to actually leave the door open wide letting in the cool fresh air and keeping bugs out. Highly recommended!

I bought this item for my Patio Door, I was sceptical due to some negative reviews. I ended up giving it a try, since we had so many bugs coming into our home. I have to say that it was super easy to install, and the magnets are strong enough to click right back to close position. I am going back to getting another one for my front door. It seems to be made pretty well, but even if it only lasts us one summer, I'd be glad to get another next summer, it certainly beats having flies and mosqitos bugging the living daylight out of us...We like the product!

I love this screen. I bought it for my back yard sliding door because I was tired of jumping up every 2 seconds to let my dogs in and out plus this screen makes going in and out so much easier to go in and out when entertaining in the back yard. Once my dogs got used to how this worked, they love it as much as we do. It was so easy to put up and stays in place perfectly and the magnets snap right back into place most of the time. It seems to be made well so I think it will last. I would highly recommend this and my only regret is not buying it sooner!

I have bought an item just like this on Amazon but the magnet was all the way down the opening making the connection strong when opened to close. This product I purchased was not at all as strong magnetically it has small squares that are spaced and have to be help to be closed . If going in and out with hands full it will stay open and not connect. Won’t by this one again.

Living in Louisiana with the mosquitos I can now leave my door open and get fresh air too!!!Didn’t have to make a doggy door! The set up was extremely simply and doesn’t look awful visually.
