Just received ours today and had it working within a couple hours. So easy to setup and just as easy with the BIO APP. Crazy how well it can navigate itself around stuff like the Christmas tree! The mop feature is also a game changer, we’ve had other brands in the past and this one beats them by far, especially with the features, ease of use and best of all VALUE!

We love our bObsweep Bio so far !! A vacuum sucks out the contents when he docks and is self cleaning extremely efficiently. It has mapped the entire house to the square inch, has anti impairment moves to get himself out of getting stuck probs. and if he gets stuck, which is very rare, we know exactly where he is by glancing at the app. I love the self-help videos. I would recommend this 5 out of 5 stars . This is a must have, highly recommend.

This is a great robot vacuum! It is very entertaining to watch and I like that it actually sweeps the floor instead of just bouncing around. The app allows me to put in certain areas as no mop areas. This way I know Bob is just mopping the floors I want and not the carpet. I also like the reusable bags!

This little robot vacuum really does a great job of cleaning the floors. It goes back to the docking station and sucks out the dirt into a separate bag. You can program your zones on your cell phone and set up the days and times you want it to run. This is the first robo vacuum I've owned and I must say I should have bought this earlier. I just happened to catch it on sale for a very nice, discounted price (less than $250). If you've been on the fence, just go for it. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

This thing has been a semi-miracle for me. I use it for vacuuming and mopping my mostly tile and wood floors along with my area rugs. It doesn't work with the little microfiber bathmat rugs I put around for my dog, but I wouldn't expect it to. Just pick those up while it is running. As for the mopping function, it is very effective, but if you have a messy floor, spray some cleaner onto the floor before running it in the mopping mode. I live in a hard-water area so use distilled water in it. But I must say, I love this as my first robovac.

Picked up great but all the dirt is still in it. It wouldn’t dump. Customer service didn’t help either.

We wanted this to be great and for a couple of months it was. Then it started giving us error codes. The company replaced it but the new one failed in less than a month. We returned it and went with a different brand.

Bio or Bob is what I call him. Bob has so many great features like the closable reusable dust bag. Love this. In my other robot when it self emptied the smell was horrible. I have 4 dogs. The suction on high is amazing. The other speeds have great suction as well. Bob was easy to set up and the docking mat is a nice additive. The app is super easy to use. All around, I REALLY like Bob and he’s been a great buy. Oh, I haven’t used the mopping option, but I will soon.

We purchased this vacuum for a couple of reasons. 1, we liked the mapping ability. We have rooms and areas we didn't want it to enter. The mapping ability allows us to keep that from happening without having to put up barriers or close doors. 2, the self emptying is a bonus, we have pets and with this vaccum self emptying we don't have to empty a small container of trash every time it runs. Our old robot vacuum had neither of these abilities. Loving this one so far!

Absolutely LOVE this robot vacuum! I’ve probably owned every brand over the years, and this one is out performing them all. We have 2 big dogs, plus lots of ledges and stairs that the old robots would fall down, but not this guy! He’s smart and attractive. So glad we decided to trust Sam’s Club on this one.
