I love that I can customize the route it takes, even while it's operating, and make sure it goes exactly where I want it. I haven't tried the mopping feature yet, but the vacuum is great. Set up was a little tricky with the app, but now that it's done, it's very convenient.

Just received ours today and had it working within a couple hours. So easy to setup and just as easy with the BIO APP. Crazy how well it can navigate itself around stuff like the Christmas tree! The mop feature is also a game changer, we’ve had other brands in the past and this one beats them by far, especially with the features, ease of use and best of all VALUE!

I am so happy we purchased this for our home! It does an excellent job and it has saved me so much time. I love that I can schedule it to clean daily, and twice on the weekends. Very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend.

This little BIObot is fantastic! I have tried others including Roborock, and this Bio blows it away. It is easy to set up and program, does a great job getting along the baseboards, and empties every time without getting stuck in the bot. I have 3 Great Danes so I get a fair amount of hair everyday. I set it to clean while I'm working from home, when I'm done every room is cleaned. I also set it to empty after every room clean because of the hair involved, so its ready to go for the next room. I always know when it has cleaned the carpets because it leaves it little pattern showing that it has gotten every square inch. I also have 3 raised dog beds and it goes under them with no problem without getting stuck. The roborock got stuck every time! I love my Biobot!

I have three dogs and used to Swiffer daily to keep up with the fur and dust. It was never quite enough. Vacuuming every day would be ideal, but who has time for that? I sure don’t. I now have it set to clean three times a day, and my floors look consistently spotless. Even the corners it can’t reach don’t build up fur bunnies like they used to, simply because the rest of the floor is always clean. It’s made a visible difference in my home. One thing I love is how well it transitions between surfaces. My house has hardwood, carpet, and laminate with about a quarter-inch height difference. This little robot climbs between them effortlessly. It doesn’t struggle—it just keeps going. When it encounters cords, it doesn’t get tangled or stuck trying to fight them. It pauses and tries to maneuver around. That said, it’s best to pick up cords ahead of time for a smoother clean. The self-emptying dock is a dream, and the activated charcoal odor filtration is a subtle but powerful bonus. In a pet-filled home, I’ve noticed the air feels fresher, which I didn’t expect from a vacuum. As for the squeaky wheel issue some reviewers mentioned, I found a quick spray of WD-40 on the axle where the wheel joins fixed it instantly. No big deal. If you’re a pet owner or just someone who wants a cleaner home without the daily grind, this vacuum is worth every penny. It’s not just a cleaning tool. It’s peace of mind.

I appreciate not having to push a vacuum nearly so much anymore. ‘Mr.Clean' is not perfect but he is good. Love the way he gets the corners. I have 3 dogs and a cat- I have hair! Sometimes I have to clean the brush during using I. It still so much easier than using the vacuum

I feel the directions for setup and configuring the bObsweep app are practically non-existent and what directions you can find are poorly written. Also, there are issues with getting the robot to resume its vacuuming task after it encounters a problem and the issue is cleared. For instance, during a cleaning cycle to vacuum the whole house (3000 sq ft), the robot battery ran down to 8 percent which it normally does--so it went back to the base station, emptied the bag, and began charging. When the battery charge reached 93 percent, the app indicated an error was detected. Once the battery reached 100 percent I was able to wiggle the robot while still connected to the base station which cleared the error, it did not auto-resume its vacuuming task. To get the rwmaining 3 rooms cleaned, I had to manually place the robot in each room then press go. I had to do this for each of the 3 rooms--one at a time until the whole house was vacuumed. After it did each of the 3 rooms, it started vacuuming a room it had prviously vacuumed. It was as if it was going to do the whole house again. It does get stuck on throw rugs, charging cables, etc. which throws an error until it can be cleared. On a positive note, it does do a good job of mapping the whole house and vacuuming the entire house if no errors occur even though it normally takes almost two entire battery charges to complete one cleaning cycle.

I only had for 2 weeks. The mop attachment somehow ripped during one of the first cleanings. Then the unit started to sound like a lawnmower. I cleaned the unit after each use and only used bottled water, so for it to breakdown like it did was very disappointing. I returned it to the store.

It’s okay when it works! I like the app %26 that it can sense things in its way but I feel like I’m constantly telling it to GO! It just randomly stops %26 says right wheel trouble %26 it’s sitting in the middle of the room with NOTHING around it! I have an old Shark nothing special %26 no problems. It bounces %26 hits things %26 it’s a pattern vacuum cleaner but it never stops! So disappointed in this one.

Really liked that could set schedule to run while we were at work. Stopped working about 4 months after we got it, went through all the troubleshooting and resetting, still continued to get error and would not work. Had to contact company since it was writhing 1st year and could not use my extended warranty. Had to pay to have shipped to them $50 plus then they said that would have to pay for a deep clean before technicians could diagnose then fix problem if it was something under warranty. It’s been over 2 weeks and still waiting to hear from them, very disappointing
