Very easy to get up and running. I let the vacuum map the whole house and then from there it is very simple to segregate rooms on the map to allow for quick cleaning of whichever areas are needed. When choosing to vacuum on the highest power, it cleans dog hair out of the carpets that our Dyson leaves behind. Very happy with the purchase.

he Bio Bobsweep is highly disappointing due to several key design failures. The water tank is far too small and cannot self-fill, necessitating constant manual stops to replenish the water. The auto-dumping function is erratic and frequently fails to empty the contents into the trash bag. Cleanup is further hampered by a low-quality mop that is disposable after just one or two uses. Finally, the mapping system is significantly flawed, taking hours to complete and lacking the spatial memory required to clean efficiently. Due to these issues, I returned the Bio Bobsweep after just two uses. The contrast with my new Roborock unit is stark. It took only about 20 minutes to map the entire floor and features a large water tank integrated into the base. Crucially, it manages the entire mopping process automatically, including refilling the vacuum's tank and using hot air to dry the mop after use.

This is better than our Shark we bought several years ago. We have 5 dogs and it picks up the hair and empties into the dust bin. I love the bag because it makes it easy to empty and the bin doesn’t smell like dogs. The battery will last long enough to do our entire 2500 sq foot home.

I am so happy we purchased this for our home! It does an excellent job and it has saved me so much time. I love that I can schedule it to clean daily, and twice on the weekends. Very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend.

We love our little Leroy ❤️ so easy to set up and program! We have him on a schedule and have been very happy with the cleaning. Mopping works best on highest setting but vacuum works well even on battery saver. Great value and awesome addition to the household 👏

We are very impressed with this vacuum! It quickly learned the layout of our house and has done a great job keeping our floors clean! One less chore we have to complete in our house since the robot takes care of it for us! We are very happy with this product!

We had purchased a robotic vacuum years ago, it sucked and we returned. When I suggested this model that also mops, my husband was skeptical. We have two large dogs and this thing does what it says. It is not fancy by any means but does the basic functions overall. It helps me cut down the vacuuming and mopping by about half I would say. It does get caught up on rugs and random things on the floor but overall does work well. I am happy with our purchase and plan on gifting these to others in the future.

I was very skeptical about this product because I have tried other similar products and returned because of poor quality and unmet expectations. But I have had not issues with Sam's Club honoring any product that I was not 100% satisfied with so I gave it a shot. I have 3 medium to large sized dogs that shed considerably and I was sweeping at least twice a day to keep it under control so I thought I'm truly gong to put this to the test right away. I was absolutely amazed and the quality of this product. The dogs had a harder time accepting this than I did. I now consider this as part of the family and consider myself spoiled. It has provided me about 5 hours a week of my life back.

I have had a few months now and I like how quiet it is (well except when it is emptying the bin). I haven't used it to its full potential because I have been in a construction zone for the past couple months but I am almost ready to make to put it to work. There is a lot of construction dust in my house. I also cannot wait to use the mop feature.
