I love the green color and that Bio comes with two pull handles that are different colors to customize its look. So far Bio does very well with mapping. The first time mapping may not find every corner in a floor plan, but by the second and third time cleaning that floor plan it has a very accurate layout. I really like the Quick clean features that allows me to send Bio to a specific room or custom area if I have a small mess to clean up or if a door was closed during its scheduled cleaning. I really love that I can go on the app Cleaning History and see exactly where Bio cleaned that day. I have only used the mop feature once so far. It think it will be helpful to keep dirt from building up on the floors, but if there are spots where dirt is stuck on the floor, it will still have to be spot mopped by hand.

I love my Bobsweep! I used to have a Shark robot and the Bobsweep by far exceeds the Shark any day! The Bobsweep cleans debris off of my floors much better. I love the mop attachment. Both sweep and mop functions are very precise at following the maps patterns. The accessories that come with the Bobsweep are amazing; The dust bag is my favorite detail about my Bobsweep! It's in a zipped up bag that I can reuse and does not make my charging station all dirty. I love coming home to my clean house!

This is a great robot vacuum! It is very entertaining to watch and I like that it actually sweeps the floor instead of just bouncing around. The app allows me to put in certain areas as no mop areas. This way I know Bob is just mopping the floors I want and not the carpet. I also like the reusable bags!

This is the second bObsweep i purchased. The first one was the SLAM because we adopted a Husky dog. The bio is such a step up in performance and ease of use. I have lots of obstacles that the SLAM would get caught on, the bio has greatly eliminated these issues. Being able to go weeks without having to empty the bag is great. I also like the “no mop” zones available on the map. The 3 vacuum settings is also a plus. The only negative thing I have noticed is the life of the side brush. I do run the bio everyday in our house and it does a good job picking up dirt and dust. I really like the product and have recommended it to other family members.

Great little vacuum. Super easy to set up and love that we can set multiple floor plans. We set up each floor of the house. We rarely vacuumed our unfinished basement, now we just let Bob loose in there and he does the work for us. We appreciate the spot cleaning feature, especially to quickly clean under the dining room table after every meal!

Initially I was very skeptical of the ability of a machine to sweep and mop the floors as good as a human being. Surprisingly the sweeper not only swept better but did a good job on the mopping too! It has made my floors shine and are literally squeaky clean, my feet squeak when I walk on the freshly swept/mopped floor. I did run into an issue where the mop feature kept giving me errors and would not mop so I contacted customer service for assistance. The representative was extremely helpful, polite, respectful and very professional while resolving the issue. The customer representative, Vera C., resolved my issue quickly and sent me a replacement part within 24 hours of my call. In addition, Vera followed up the next day to let me know the part was shipped and then followed up a second time after I received the part to make sure the part worked as expected and I had no other issues. Since I worked in the customer service sector I can honestly state from my own experience that Vera C provided excellent customer service and the company responded to the issue quickly without any hassles! Was hoping this was an automatic water replacer, but it does well. i usually come home to the house smelling really good and feeling clean. It lets you know when it gets stuck. Would purchase another one with the automatic water cleaner for less hassle.

Bio is such a good machine. From the start it was clear that it is very precise and quickly mapped our house. Many note squeaking with this model, but it's mainly if something is stuck in the brushes so it does require some regular maintenance to operate at peak levels. This is a great machine if you keep up with it and is an awesome value.

Bio is our second bObsweep robot vacuum, having purchased Dustin from Sam's a few months earlier. We purchased the second because we were very pleased with the first. Although very efficient at mapping itself, adding the App to add further instructions was a breeze. It's a solid purchase and an excellent value.

Purchased February 2026. Took a week to finally connect to WIFI, broke after three days of use. Constantly got stuck places. I purchased the Allstate protection plan, however I'm still under warranty. Tell me how Biosweep is sending me replacement part by replacement part. After two shipments that took over two weeks each, I've requested a new unit. It's April and the unit has been in use three. times. Anyways, if it breaks good luck,
