Wasn't sure at first.... but every time I took a pill I felt itchy and a tickle in my throat. I thought possibly it was in my head.... Tried it again and the same thing. Returned it.

6 pills a day are necessary for the shown dosage - I cannot take these as they alter my bio probably due to the animal products. Will not buy again. Attempting return.
