Seems to work and I take it every day. Just wish the dosage wasn't 6 tablets thus the reason for the 4 rating.

Its been about three weeks and i notice thw difference on .my skin ans my hair is starting to feel healthy again.

I turned 76 this month. I wear my nails medium to long. When I don't take the collagen, they break off.

Made my skin break out horribly. I never get bad acne, but this made it happen for sure. I researched and its bovine collagen. That can cause acne. No thanks, toss!

I cannot believe the effects this has on me. I only take half the dose daily, at night. I guess it was just what my knees were needing. If you do a quick swallow, it's not bad. If you have problems with large pills, then look elsewhere.

Nails grow faster for sure, can't really tell if my hair is thicker. Skin seems the same. No shocking results, maybe it takes a little longer than 3 weeks to notice.

6 pills a day are necessary for the shown dosage - I cannot take these as they alter my bio probably due to the animal products. Will not buy again. Attempting return.
