Began taking these about 2 1/2 almost 3 weeks ago after rucking and injuring my MCL on my right knee and swelling up the tendons around my patella on the same knee. After about slightly less than three weeks my knee is almost back to normal with just minimal pain. In another week or so it will be completely gone. Would not have been possible without these. I did up the dosage to twice a day instead of once a day. That is a lot of pills, but I checked and the toxicity level to make you sick is ridiculously high, so it was no danger. And the benefit has been an incredibly quicker recovery. Definitely could not have done it without these. Thank you Neocell!!! You are a lifesaver! Tragedy averted!

Not sure how I feel about this product. First it says that it's made in the USA of global ingredients. Not sure about that. Makes me question the quality. It does say it's non gmo tested. So, is it non gmo or not? Serving size is huge. I do wish it had a little more biotin in it. Hopefully this product will turn out to be helpful.

I bought these to help with hair loss and had high hopes ...until I noticed the serving size was 6 tablets! I have to take too many pills a day already so this is not happening. I'll stick with my other brand that offers more Biotin and only 1 tablet daily.

I can say this definitely work i am on my 3 third bottle! Nail have been growing pretty quick Hair has grown faster My skin feels good Do recommend them.

Product works wonderfully!! Has helped my nails, hair, and complexion!! Would have given 5 stars but hate taking six pills a day, and the pills are huge!
