I just started my second bottle and I can see new hair growth already. It says to take 6 a day but I only take 2 or 3. My nails are long and strong as well and my skin looks tighter. I recommend this to everyone that’s asks.

ive been using this product few years now and i like it . my skin feels better . but i ordered it for 24.99 and when it come it was 29.99 . i don't understand that .

It helps, as I’ve gotten older my nails started breaking and splitting frequently so I thought I’d give this a try and it’s works well for me. Took a few months to grow out the stronger nails but I’m happy with the results

Product works wonderfully!! Has helped my nails, hair, and complexion!! Would have given 5 stars but hate taking six pills a day, and the pills are huge!

I don't take these as recommended. They are big pills and supposed to take 6 a day. I just take 3 random days. My fault, not good at taking daily. But I do feel they have helped strengthen my nails.

These pills are rock hard, I try to swallow 2 but they get stuck and I have to drink a ton of water and wait for them to go down. No idea how to get to 6 a day short of taking them throughtout the day but just not worth it. No idea if they work since I cannot take the full dosage.
