i got this as a small dip warmer. it works pretty well however there's too many little pieces. it's hard to vacuum seal and lock with one hand when you need one to keep the seal open while you're locking the sides.

Liquid can get stuck in the empty space of the lid. There's no way to open it to clean and dry the inside. This can be prone to grow mold. I wouldn't be surprised black mold will eventually sputter out the steam hole one of these days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Crockpot has been wonderful. My husband works in a partial office, and he's able to plug it in easily at his desk. I pack him meals like chicken curry with rice or chili, and the size is perfect—just the right amount for a grown man to have a hot, filling lunch. It's durable, easy to clean, and affordable. It heats evenly, no leaks, no issues at all (unlike some other portable warmers I've heard about). His coworkers were even impressed—when he opened it at the lunch table, steam poured out, and now a few of their wives have gotten one for their husbands too.

This thing is revolutionary in my opinion. Once I discovered plug-in Crock-Pot lunch boxes, my lunch game at work completely changed. I was able to take stuff to work that I normally couldn't take or that a microwave would just mess up. I could take you know ramen and raw eggs and raw meat to work and it would cook it really nicely while I'm working. This the lunch box also heats up at an even level versus how. If you use a microwave every now and then you know you'll take a bite and I'll be a hot spot. Then you'll take a bite and they'll be a cold spot this distributes the heat evenly across the food. This is very nice if you work in an office setting. I have recommended these to so many people.

I wish it had heating elements on the sides. The top of your food doesn't get warm enough. Other than that the product is great.

Love this lunchbox! I use it all the time. I even bought a 2nd one to interchange. Easy to use and I have even cooked raw food on a trip.

The lunchbox of ALL lunchboxes!!! Simply the best food warmer. My husband loves it. He enjoys his home cooked meals while he is at work. Meanwhile keeping it warm for him to enjoy.

I bought this 6 months ago. It has been fabulous. I am a nurse and do not have to to leave for lunch. This is the only way I get hot food! It makes my work day so much better.

It was gifted to me a year ago, brand new. It was good at reheating food for lunch in my office, but I lost the rubber vent seal on the top of the lunch box itself, and I cannot find a replacement anywhere.

This was my favorite lunchbox I could put it in during my break and have my food ready by lunch time. It kept my food hot and still have moisture. I'm not a big fan of microwaving food bc it always heats unevenly. Unfortunately somebody in my household lost or threw away the lid because it's nowhere to be found. But I'm very disappointed that I can't find a replacement insert with the vacuum sealed lid anywhere so they're basically forcing me to buy a whole new unit when I just need the container
