[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an awesome lunch box! It looks nice, is a great size, and is fairly lightweight. The cord storage on the bottom is neat and secure. It warms food up and keeps it warm even 1-2 hours after being unplugged. Or, it can be used to keep food cool for up to 3 hours. I've found it to be easy to clean since the stainless steel container and inner lid can be washed in the dishwasher. The outer lid and warming base need to be handwashed, but that's been easy too because I haven't had them get messy. The only thing that could make it better for me would be another insert or a divider to give it more flexibility to have different foods that don't mix well. It would have been nice if some basic warming times were included, but the manual just says heat times will vary. It has a 3.5 cup capacity, and filled to the max line, I was able to warm up a 4 serving container of tomato soup in about 1 1/2 hours. A smaller size serving of shrimp pasta took only 30-40 minutes. I think these are reasonable times for a small slow cooker. I recommend this lunch box if you work in an office and want to avoid putting plastic containers into the messy microwave, or are a person who wants to keep food hot or cold on the go. I think it would make a great gift too.

Excellent product

I work in construction and having a hot meal is a God send! Now this is NOT a tradition crock pot cooker. It warms up your food. One setting ON. It takes about 3 hours to warm up a full container and you should stir it at least once. I have done one dish meals and lots of other leftovers in this Crock Pot. I have even done buttered bread on the bottom and hamburger patties on the bread. The bread will get toasty with enough time. For what it is, it works great. It is not a microwave! It's slow and even heat.

I bought this cause I work 3rd shift and like to have something warm for lunch. I can plug it into any outlet and can really take it anywhere. The power cord stores right under it when you're done. It has a 3.5 capacity and has stainless steel pan so it's eco friendly.

This works fine, my only real complaint with it is that the electrical cord that comes with it is very short. You need table/counter level outlets for it. Had I realized how short the cord was before I used it, I would have returned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was not quite what I expected… smaller than I expected… I thought I could use it to take on small picnics…this will work for lunches on the go… I like the color and it's compact… I think it would be good if your a person always on the go.

I have some issues with the product, but it does what it needs to. I like the size as I chose it for that over the other model. It does warm my food. Onto the issues, there seems to be some manufacturing issues that just slipped through. It is missing one of the rubber footings making eating awkward. While it does heat up my food, i have noticed that it heats unevenly from the bottom. My unit also came with some cosmetic scuffs on the lid, but nothing that was overly noticeable. The manual for the product is not the best, no relative warm times for how much you fill it up. I've been warming up my food for 2 hours if the box is full and around 1 hour to 45 minutes for when the box is half full. Overall it's an alright product, would definitely wait for a better version or some time for the manufacturing issues to get resolved.

Unlike the smaller round Crockpot lunch warmer, only the bottom of the base has the hot metal so the bottom of the inner container gets very hot. However, the heat doesn't spread very much to the sides of the container causing uneven heating. Depending on the food being put in, I've had the part touching the bottom actually getting dry/burnt while the sides weren't that hot. I also had 1 of the rubber feet missing. They're easy to pull off. Since the CrockpotGo doesn't actually come in a box itself (just slipped through a paper roll with mostly everything including the feet exposed), I'm guessing the feet gets rubbed off/caught on something while being moved around the warehouse before being put into a shipping box.

Disappointed in build of quality from a name brand company. Feels extremely cheap like something I bought on sale off Temu. Lid leaks, would not recommend. Can't believe I've gone through the trouble for this.

I also wish I would have read the reviews here first. I had the lunch crock for 17 years, yes it lasted that long! The only reason I had to get a new one was because my cord dry rotted. I bought this design because I thought it would be easier to take other things besides soups and pastas. I am disappointed in the heating. Like others have stated, the bottom gets super hot but the top gets a tiny bit warm, sometimes still on the cold side depending on what you pack. I would recommend buying the lunch crock instead of this.
