The rice puffs also add a nice texture. It has 10g of protein per serving which is more than most cereals on the market. It is filling and satisfying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kashi Go protein & fiber cereal is delicious. My kids like eating it completely dry, i prefer with a little milk. Very flavorful, great peanut butter flavor. Doesnt get soggy quickly. Great for a mid morning snack or even on top of yogurt.

I have recently discovered this product and am currently eating it 3 times daily. I find the taste and texture to be extraordinarily good, and the 30 grams of fiber has done wonders for my digestive system! Yes, there is occasionally a hard chunk of cereal to watch for, but not often encountered. I’m hooked..

I loved the crunch and how it kept the texture in the milk but I was really sick of the taste by the end of the bowl. Maybe it would be better as almost a granola topping for greek yogurt? I won’t have it as a cereal again.

My only complaint is that some of the pieces are really hard to chew through because they’re crunchy. Overall the serving size is a lot and I only used half of the serving size in my yogurt and it was filling.
