[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty solid cereal. Peanut butter taste is good and it actually keeps me full in the mornings which I assume is from the fiber and protein. It is a bit crunchier and heavier than normal cereal but I still liked it.

I didn’t really enjoy this one as much as I have the other Kashi high protein cereals. It had a weird texture and taste. I think it would be better if it was added to the Honey Almond Flax as a peanut flavor additive not as a stand alone cereal. That is how I plan to finish the rest of the box I purchased.. I will add it to the Honey Almond Flax version when I want a variety-just to avoid disposing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kashi Go finally made a delicious cereal with protein AND fiber! The peanut butter crunch is delicious and sweet! It’s great on its own, or even better paired with yogurt or milk! Protein and fiber are very important parts of your diet and I’m happy to see they add more into this cereal. My only complaint is that it’s got a bunch of sugar. I’m hoping for some sugar free options soon!

I preferred it dry rather than with milk, but I am sure that is just personal preference. Overall worth a try for sure.

It is slightly sweet (but not too sweet) and lives up to its name with an unmistakable peanut butter taste and hearty crunch. As someone who is trying to get more soy and protein in my diet, I was super psyched to see that soy flakes are the first ingredient and it has a solid 10 grams of protein (plus 10 grams of dietary fiber for the win)! I love the flavor, texture and nutrition profile and will definitely be buying this cereal in the future. I received this product for free from Influenster and Kashi in exchange for my honest review.
