I thought it was versatile where it could eat as either a cereal or a granola. The texture is very crunchy, and it has a strong peanut butter flavor to it. I love how it is high in protein, and so it is perfect as a snack or for breakfast. Overall, it is a quality product and truly not any complaints. The one negative I will say is that the peanut butter flavor is slightly overwhelming, and so I wish there was a little something to break that up. Other than that, really great!

Last year they changed the Original (red box) to a terrible product with no flavor and a horrible texture. Now they’ve done it with the peanut butter and berry cereals. I’m sure it comes down to money; the comments are clear from most everyone that the new cereals are completely different and not in a good way. Kashi cereal’s days are numbered. I’m out!

It's so versatile when you want something sweet and savory, but you also want to eat healthy. The amount of protein and fiber is a great combo of ingredients. The crunch and sweetness are just right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the crunch of the flakes. The peanut butter flavor is subtle, but I can taste it. It's not sweet so I recommend adding berries. Blueberries added sweetness and texture variation. When I used high protein milk it added another 14 grams of protein and kept me full for almost 4 hours. It has a bit of a weird aftertaste that bothered me after every serving, no matter what I added to it. Gum helps. I wish that it could keep me full longer with regular milk or milk alternative, but without the protein milk I was hungry again in about 2 hours.

The 10 grams of protein are an amazing way to start your day with a filling breakfast. I definitely recommend this product. Good for adults and kids as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kashi Go Protein & Fiber Cereal. This was my first time trying this brand. I tested the Peanut Butter Crunch flavor. It was good but wish it had more of a peanut butter flavor. It’s a nice snack to eat dry or add almond milk for cereal. I do like that it has protein and fiber that help you feel fuller longer. It’s also whole grain and vegan friendly!

It’s sweet but not too sweet, and has a delicious crunch and variety of textures. It makes a great cereal, yogurt topping, snack, or breakfast. The ingredient list is relatively simple and only 220 calories for 3/4 a cup. I would buy this product!
