If you just need to get some bland protein/fiber in you this is for you. It's like a mix of stale "smacks" and chopped up rice cakes.

I used to eat the chocolate and peanut butter flavors of this cereal 7 days a week and sometimes twice a day for years!! It was my guilty pleasure which was also healthy and some months ago I noticed that the cereal tasted drastically different. At first I thought I bought a bad batch but after buying over 3 boxes and they all tasted the same, I realized they had changed the recip 😭😭. The new recipe is inedible for me and I haven't bought kashi in over 3 months. I am heart broken. Please listen to your loyal customers and bring back the old recipe.

My choice of milk is almond or oat. The cereal doesn’t get soggy in milk and to me isn’t too sweet tasting. Keeps me full for hours until lunch.

It’s literally oat peanut butter clusters that are a decent size. I will say this is a cereal that for me personally works best mixed in with another & not by itself. But it has great taste. Doesn’t taste like pure fiber like others. Definitely can get away with giving this to my other kids
