As you can imagine Tom, we're all about smooth results and smooth experiences. We're so sorry to hear that you didn't have the premium experience we'd expect from our Exfoliating Razor., but please know this is very unusual. While we're sure you know this, we recommend trimming the facial hair down first, soaking any facial hair you want to remove in warm water, and apply a pre-shave through your shave.
