The taste is Blueberry Lemonade, but not overpowering, which is great because it can be mixed with just about anything without altering the taste. The powder dissolves fairly well, but it does take a bit longer to fully mix compared to some other brands, especially if you’re stirring it into a cold beverage. It’s best to shake it up in a bottle or blender for a smoother consistency.

There is a good amount of creatine per serving. I did notice a difference in my workout and post workout recovery after consuming this micronized creating powder. I’m looking forward to continuing using the rest of the powder to see the long-term benefit.

I have dedicated trying this for one month along with my workout plan and it has worked wonders! Packaging and flavor is great, easy to mix and very light taste. I find great value in this and noticed my muscles are very less fatigued on the next day after using this in my routine. We will be adding it into our rotation at home!
