[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fairly good creatine powder and I’m glad I was able to try it. The blueberry lemonade flavour is fairly delicious and easy to drink. There is a good amount of creatine per serving. I did notice a difference in my workout and post workout recovery after consuming this micronized creating powder. I’m looking forward to continuing using the rest of the powder to see the long-term benefit.

I typically don’t purchase flavored creatine but this one will definitely be purchased again! It’s so yummy and doesn’t leave any weird after taste. It mixed easily into water and dissolves pretty quick. The ingredients are of great quality and from a brand that I trust. Great find!

I ended up diluting it to get it down but if you can get past that I found it to work well after completing a workout. The longer I used this the more energized I would feel.

It didn’t leave a bunch of clumps or anything like that. I think it’s rather effective - I’ve tried using it before, during, and after exercise. I think the cost is just right for a creatine, and optimum nutrition is a trusted and reliable brand.

I've tried several different mix options with no prevail. I feel like I can't say fairly if this product was effective because I never consumed enough of it to notice a difference. The price range is close to similar powders on the market. This was just my experience with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got this a few days ago right when I started to use the gym. I honestly have no clue what I’m doing, so when this got to my house I figured, why not try it and see how it goes. I don’t know if it’s 100% this or not, but I have definitely had more energy and I’m not so tired after the workout. I’m not starving all the time or craving junk food as much. I’m not a huge blueberry fan, so it’s literally the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. It still tastes good and is very easy to mix into a water/ drink. I personally don’t use a whole lot of it, so it’s going to last a while. Now my next task it to try working out with out it to confirm the claims here, but I do this this is the reason.

I seen this powder contains pure creatine monohydrate , the most proven form of creatine which is known for its effectiveness in increasing muscle strength, power and size. The powder dissolved very well in water making it easy to mix with other supplements. I didn’t see any fillers therefore it’s great having this product as it’s free from artificial sweeteners providing a straightforward creatine supplement. I highly recommend using this creatine supplement if you are looking to boost your strength, muscle mass and overall performance as it worked great for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The optimum nutrition micronized creatine powder is not something new to me as I have consumed it a few times before in the past all with great results. The blueberry lemonade flavor is however new to me as I am used to the unflavored variety. It was definitely better than the unflavored kind. The dosing is very small at just 5 grams. I did not pre load and I still feel as though I am making excellent progress. As with most micronized creatines the ON one does not full dissolve when mixed so I usually just continue to stir it occasionally but thats not the end of the world. Truly another high quality product from Optimum Nutrition definitely recommend 10/10
