Mixes really poorly, leaves a lot of grainy texture. Does not include a scoop so that was incredibly annoying (thankfully had a 5g scoop from another product and used that). Also said 240 servings and that was WAY off, that claim is much higher than the actual amount. The creatine itself worked well but this product still has some improvements to do.

I honestly have no clue what I’m doing, so when this got to my house I figured, why not try it and see how it goes. I don’t know if it’s 100% this or not, but I have definitely had more energy and I’m not so tired after the workout. I’m not starving all the time or craving junk food as much. I’m not a huge blueberry fan, so it’s literally the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. It still tastes good and is very easy to mix into a water/ drink. I personally don’t use a whole lot of it, so it’s going to last a while. Now my next task it to try working out with out it to confirm the claims here, but I do this this is the reason.
