I put this in my smoothies and I thought it had a nice taste to enhance the fruit style smoothies I make. However I don’t know if I notice much of a change in my body - I do believe I would need to use this in a very consistent and controlled environment to tell. But for now I can vouch for the flavor and say overall that I enjoyed using this!!

The blueberry lemonade flavor is however new to me as I am used to the unflavored variety. It was definitely better than the unflavored kind. The dosing is very small at just 5 grams. I did not pre load and I still feel as though I am making excellent progress. As with most micronized creatines the ON one does not full dissolve when mixed so I usually just continue to stir it occasionally but thats not the end of the world. Truly another high quality product from Optimum Nutrition definitely recommend 10/10

This creatine powder in berry lemonade was surprisingly well. A lot of mixes can have a pretty gross taste but thankfully this was easy to drink down. It still has a supplement taste but it wasn’t chalky or disgusting by any means.

Tastes great, mixes easily without the gritty aftertaste and feeling, and does the job of helping with recovery and muscle gain (when paired with proper nutrition and training). Definitely will continue to be a staple for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regularly drink unflavored creatine from Optimum Nutrition but it tastes bad for me despite it being unflavored, so I always mix it with my post workout protein. I was a little concerned about getting this flavored, blueberry lemonade creatine but figured it wouldn't hurt to try. I was pleasantly surprised by the fragrant (but not overpowering) blueberry smell upon opening it and it smelled more like real blueberries than something artificial (but there's a little bit of artificial smell). I find creatine always needs another mix before actually drinking it because it settles at the bottom, and this was the same. I mixed the creatine with some room temperature water and it actually was a pleasant taste. Not an overpowering flavor, just a subtle blueberry taste and maybe a hint of the lemonade (if you're a lemonade fan, this won't be for you as it's not tart at all). It's not sweet at all and it was really easy to just chug. It doesn't have that gross aftertaste that the unflavored creatine leaves behind. Even though I tried chugging this, there was a lot of creatine at the bottom still so you'll have to do a second pass to get all 6g grams as recommended (normally they say you're supposed to drink 5g per day. I wonder if the flavoring is why it's more?). Overall I recommend this blueberry lemonade flavor and will likely purchase it myself!

I ended up diluting it to get it down but if you can get past that I found it to work well after completing a workout. The longer I used this the more energized I would feel.

It seems to be working and doesn't cause him any kind of upset stomach or irritation. This comes at a great value and very affordable compared to other creatine powders on the market. This helps build strong muscle. Overtime and with exercise my son has seen results with strength and power. Better performance and Recovery. I highly recommend this especially if you or someone you know is trying to build muscle mass.
