I got the oven and LG fridge at same time back in April 2024. I love the fridge.. I hate this oven. The controls are downright dangerous. I had seen a review about them by another but had already ordered it and thought it probably would be fine. I must lock out the controls by holding down the control button for about 5 seconds immediately after i have used the oven to cook. It's an incredible annoyance. However, we had two close calls, accidentally turning on the stovetop by brushing next to it and having something plastic / or food near the burner that was off and finding it melting. I know... don't put anything down on burner. When cooking with multiple items going on, frequently the stovetop is used for a spoon or it gets a dusting of food, etc. It just happens. So in 4 months that's where we are. Also the oven wants to cook always at a certain convection temperature and makes it a pain to change it. It is not intuitive. I hate it and would return it if I could.

Bought this awhile back through my local appliance store and had to wait a bit for it to come in but boy was it worth it. I've seen a few negative reviews about heating times and such and I don't know what you're doing wrong but this baby boils water incredibly fast. Looks great, matches our LG fridge perfectly and we couldn't be happier. We're secretly hoping the dishwasher goes out so we can upgrade to an LG there too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range/oven with air fryer is very nice. My only issue is the cook top burner knobs will flip on very easily if they are bumped. I’ve accidentally turned on my burner without knowing. They turn on so easily that my daughter’s dogs will turn on the burners sniffing around the stove & bump with their nose. This is a potential hazard that should be corrected. Other than that, it’s a very nice appliance.

This was part of an overall kitchen remodel and this stove not only works great it really looks great. Some great features that we are still learning the total operation. If I had one negative about this product was where you remove the panel to install the electrical connection the edges are very sharp and I cut my hand and fingers on the metal.

These knobs turn too easily. Bumped while getting something out of the cupboard and next thing I know fire on my stove. The oven didn’t come with grates when unboxing, nor did it come with an anti tip bracket. Solution for safety recall was a warning sticker. While cooking my shirt and stomach press the controls and makes all kind of noises. Even put it in sabbath mode accidentally. Needs to be taken off the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had trouble with multiple burners coming on when one burner is activated. Serviced twice, problem still exists. Also, oven is unable to be set to anything other than 350. This problem was fixed once and again appeared. Less than 3 years old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven has been great. Heats up quickly and has a lot of settings. Familiar recipes come out better than ever. The stove top heats up more slowly than I'm used to for this style of electric range. The one really bad thing that prevents me from giving the product 5 stars is how easy it is to accidentally turn on a burner. If you had little kids in the house this could be a real problem.

This oven had a Sleek design with fancy knobs. It’s glass top with control panel on the front rather than back. Easy to keep clean. I use Norwex paste on the glass top and soapy water everywhere else. I will add that the easy clean option was not very successful when I used it. Also the air fryer function is not as effective as I’d hope. I rarely use it and I love air fryers.

I am very disappointed in this product..First, it takes forever to simply get it hot enough to boil water. Grill goes on and off preventing the water from getting hot. Second, after nearly an hour on line, I was told you cannot use the stovetop while cleaning the oven. Aside from being ridiculous, that was not mentioned in any literature I read. Thirdly, the air fry does not crisp the food. That has been my disappointing experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the worst stove ever made. It was in our house brand new when we bought it. Basically one burner gets hot enough to cook anything and even that takes forever. The "warm zone" is completely useless, if you turn it all the way up it doesn't get very warm at all so it has zero use to us. We literally complain everytime we use it. We plan to get a new gas range soon and thought about selling this one, but I would feel guilty giving another human being a product this bad. This thing is going straight to the dump.
