as a person who loves to cook , and moved into a new home with an electric oven, this thing has ruined my experience. waking up to make breakfast was a quick and snappy ritual with my old trusty fire grill, this thing needs to be beeped, and clicked, and set and it makes no noise, and it has NO actual heat differences, it just has HIGH- and anything less than that (8-7-6-5 etc ) means it just turns itself on and off. meaning it either burns the tomatoe's i'm trying to fry or does nothing. Literally everything about this oven is a masterclass of pain and annoyance. The oven light will NOT stay on and will NOT stop beeping, - so i'm looking at my food in this oven thats turned off both the oven furnace and the oven light- to save? energy? ( LOL ) sorry when i'm hungry i want to cook and see my food-maybe i should donate to greta or something so i can my oven light stay on- and i don't care what the manual says about turning off the beep- that goes for everytime you open the oven door- "you should click and hold the menu button- click through until you find the 'beep' command, and then click it off, on some thin plasticy little input tab screen. i don't understand why a phone capability is necessary when you're supposed to be attending the oven, can someone explain? in conclusion- the food you harvest from the oven is a dry, sad cousin of the firebreathers, don't get this oven, it's one of those novelty- put in a penthouse and forget about- ovens.

I am very disappointed in this product..First, it takes forever to simply get it hot enough to boil water. Grill goes on and off preventing the water from getting hot. Second, after nearly an hour on line, I was told you cannot use the stovetop while cleaning the oven. Aside from being ridiculous, that was not mentioned in any literature I read. Thirdly, the air fry does not crisp the food. That has been my disappointing experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven has been great. Heats up quickly and has a lot of settings. Familiar recipes come out better than ever. The stove top heats up more slowly than I'm used to for this style of electric range. The one really bad thing that prevents me from giving the product 5 stars is how easy it is to accidentally turn on a burner. If you had little kids in the house this could be a real problem.

This was part of an overall kitchen remodel and this stove not only works great it really looks great. Some great features that we are still learning the total operation. If I had one negative about this product was where you remove the panel to install the electrical connection the edges are very sharp and I cut my hand and fingers on the metal.

I was used to my old oven when you turn it on to low or medium or high it would take a long time But when you turn this And it gets hot quick.. I also like that it’s even with my countertops, and it shows my backsplash in the kitchen since I upgraded my whole kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the worst stove ever made. It was in our house brand new when we bought it. Basically one burner gets hot enough to cook anything and even that takes forever. The "warm zone" is completely useless, if you turn it all the way up it doesn't get very warm at all so it has zero use to us. We literally complain everytime we use it. We plan to get a new gas range soon and thought about selling this one, but I would feel guilty giving another human being a product this bad. This thing is going straight to the dump.

Bought this awhile back through my local appliance store and had to wait a bit for it to come in but boy was it worth it. I've seen a few negative reviews about heating times and such and I don't know what you're doing wrong but this baby boils water incredibly fast. Looks great, matches our LG fridge perfectly and we couldn't be happier. We're secretly hoping the dishwasher goes out so we can upgrade to an LG there too!

If you have half an hour of your time, to waste waiting for your oven to heat up to proper temperature this oven is for you. And, if you want to waste your time and money on ingredients for baking, this oven will never fail in that department. To start the baking feature: select "bake" on the oven knob, select your temperature, hit start, the buzzer will go off at the set temperature when that number is reached; but the analog temperature thermometer (which you need to buy on your own) placed inside the oven indicates at least 25 to 50 degrees under that indicated temperature. Even checking on a baking item in the oven by opening the door, the temperature will drop by 25 degrees. This electric oven is not efficient, properly calibrated, or safe to use. I have had a repair man adjust the oven temperature to an increase of 35 degrees. Even after that adjustment, I am still checking, waiting, wondering if the bake good is baked on the inside, which it is not. This electric oven in a complete waste of money. A poorly designed appliance.
