Very happy with my purchase - bought a similar non-QLED 65” TV 2 years ago and recently had problems with the audio. Set up a warranty claim and they gave me a refund of the purchase price and I was able to purchase a new QLED 65” & the purchase price was $20 LESS than what I paid for the original, so I only paid a little more than what they refunded me to get a new TV

I love the picture the TV provides, but the sound has to be high to hear it in a smaller room (I recommend a sound bar as a fix). The major issue is the Internet connection that constantly drops and takes forever to come back. It became a deal breaker for us. I do not recommend this television due to the issues with the Internet. our fix was to buy a Roku which defeats the whole smart tv concept. save money and buy a dumb TV with a Roku or Apple TV.

It was super simple to install once we got the mount for it screwed to the wall. It was as easy as plugging it into an outlet plug, inserting my fire stick and then syncing my remote. I love the bigger picture! The sound for me is just fine, but the kids really want me to get a sound bar. It turns on and off quickly. It was extremely well packed to prevent any cracked screens. I am very happy with it!

Apps are slow, especially compared to the Roku I had on my previous Samsung TV. It also buffers a lot more than my Roku streaming stick did.

The quality of the image is clear and the colors are vibrant. this is one of the best TVs I have had and I have spent thousands. I would highly recommend this TV!

Why? Why would I want or NEED to connect my tv to my Walmart account! That was the 1st turn off and the rest is history you get what you pay for! I don't have time to return this crap of a tv so I will esell it, and head over to Best Buy.

Great price i love it but cant seem to get the picture color quite right. But i would buy again. asked AI on google on several tv and AI always came back to this one . That were compatible to this tv in size and price.

there are no controls on this tv. The only means of operation is with remote. Also manufacture miss lead one into thinking the only way to operate this unit is with a paid subscription. this 4k version is also a joke.
