I love the picture the TV provides, but the sound has to be high to hear it in a smaller room (I recommend a sound bar as a fix). The major issue is the Internet connection that constantly drops and takes forever to come back. It became a deal breaker for us. I do not recommend this television due to the issues with the Internet. our fix was to buy a Roku which defeats the whole smart tv concept. save money and buy a dumb TV with a Roku or Apple TV.

The set up tells you to go to a certain website for quicker set up and locks your tv until you pay a service fee then proceeds. This is a scam after I got the tv working I canceled payment. The picture quality is very good I also added a sound bar which I think enhanced the audio quality

Very happy with my purchase - bought a similar non-QLED 65” TV 2 years ago and recently had problems with the audio. Set up a warranty claim and they gave me a refund of the purchase price and I was able to purchase a new QLED 65” & the purchase price was $20 LESS than what I paid for the original, so I only paid a little more than what they refunded me to get a new TV

Tv is great, picture is phenomenal.. but when I was setting it up, I came to a step where I had to call to finish the set up.. the guy said you will have to pay 129.99 to be able to watch the tv.. so I fell for this scam, but my credit card company denied the charge. I'm glad they did, because it was fraudulent!!.. The tv works perfectly, without paying the extra cash.. DON'T FALL FOR THIS!!!

This is a great budget buy tv that was easy to install. Has a nice picture with various options to enhance the quality of the picture you like depending on what you're watching. The only complaint is the quality of the sound. Not very far from an over sized transistor radio. I believe most manufacturers are not bothering to install a good sound system in large screen TV's because they feel most people are going to buy a sound bar for it anyway. Luckily for me I already had one.

Apps were extremely small to view.I'm legally Blind and use narration.The narration would not stop talking evil, as I was on the channel.For like a whole minute, it was very annoying and the volume didn't seem to be ever loud.Enough returned after using for a couple days and bought ATC.L roku instead

I was a little worried to buy a 60hz rather than 120, but the price difference made me take a chance. This TV has exceeded my expectations in every way, definitely glad we took the chance. I haven’t noticed lagging, even when watching sports, and the picture quality is excellent. Furthermore, the remote and in-TV apps are far superior to the 2-year old Samsung we have. Would definitely recommend and I’m a Vizio believer now!

Pretty simple. I'm gonna run my firestick through it instead of the vizio app. I've had both and like Firestick interface better than vizios. Nice TV for $300. Largest I ever had. I have Projector but it is 720 p so this is a huge improvement plus I'm PC gamer and can run at 120hz at 1080p so this will be great.

We replaced our Samsung with this Vizio TV and I hate it! We paid half the price for a Vizio than we would have for a new Samsung, so you get what you paid for. TV is very glitchy when watching anything live like YouTube TV. Netflix will go days without working, like spin loading. The glare on the TV screen is awful. I called Vizio about the issues the week of purchase and was told, “that just happens from time to time with Vizio.” I will never again purchase a Vizio, I will spend the extra money for a nicer TV that actually works.

TV is great but having to sign up with a Walmart account just to watch it is not good. Don't buy Vizio. I should have bought the Samsung instead.
