I love the picture the TV provides, but the sound has to be high to hear it in a smaller room (I recommend a sound bar as a fix). The major issue is the Internet connection that constantly drops and takes forever to come back. It became a deal breaker for us. I do not recommend this television due to the issues with the Internet. our fix was to buy a Roku which defeats the whole smart tv concept. save money and buy a dumb TV with a Roku or Apple TV.

It was super simple to install once we got the mount for it screwed to the wall. It was as easy as plugging it into an outlet plug, inserting my fire stick and then syncing my remote. I love the bigger picture! The sound for me is just fine, but the kids really want me to get a sound bar. It turns on and off quickly. It was extremely well packed to prevent any cracked screens. I am very happy with it!

The set up tells you to go to a certain website for quicker set up and locks your tv until you pay a service fee then proceeds. This is a scam after I got the tv working I canceled payment. The picture quality is very good I also added a sound bar which I think enhanced the audio quality

Great price on the 65' Vizio TV I recently purchased. Had quick help getting it to register and loading in my car. The 2 employees that helped me were very nice and polite

Bought this new VIZIO QLED to replace my old VIZIO LED that the picture and lighting on the tv was starting to wane. Now the picture quality is fantastic!!

After scanning for local antenna channels, I found multiple duplicate listings of the local off-air channels. There was no number pad on the remote to allow going directly to a channel like our old VIZIO. When selecting a particular channel from the guide, sometimes there would be audio with a black picture or the channel would be jittery/choppy or even have the audio not synced with the video when someone was talking. All that said, the picture was excellent.

My 2017 65" Roku tv did circles around this tv. When I'm watching a recorded program and fast forward and return to program it takes a long time to start playing or I have to hit play again to get the program to start playing and then it hops and skips as it goes forward. I have super high speed internet. It also is very slow to start up when it's turned on. Color on the tv is great.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST TV I'VE EVER PURCHASED!!! I guess you get what you pay for, right? They label this as a "Gaming" tv, and I am definitely NOT a gamer, but I do watch a ton of sports, so I halfway expected it to be decent for watching sports. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! There is a constant lag and delay that makes every single attempt at viewing sports absolutely impossible to enjoy. What a massive waste of money. DO NOT BUY IF YOU LUKEVTO WATCH ANYTHING THAT HAS ACTION, IS LIVE, FAST MOVING, ETC!!!!!

I don't know about this TV yet. I might return it before my 30 days is over. It's been freezing almost daily, to the point where the only option is to unplug it. Never had this issue with any other Vizio or Samsung that I've owned. So I don't know what this ones problem is? The picture quality is really good for the price though.

i love vizio ... they knocked it out of the park with this one. 120 rf. beautiful picture and an amazing deal.. buy it. you wont be disappointed
