My 90 year old dad was elated when he saw the Vizio box for his birthday. I helped him hang the tv on wall and he loves the large TV! This Vizio replaced 2004 50” TV.

Great price on the 65’ Vizio TV I recently purchased. Had quick help getting it to register and loading in my car. The 2 employees that helped me were very nice and polite

Bought this new VIZIO QLED to replace my old VIZIO LED that the picture and lighting on the tv was starting to wane. Now the picture quality is fantastic!!

The set up tells you to go to a certain website for quicker set up and locks your tv until you pay a service fee then proceeds. This is a scam after I got the tv working I canceled payment. The picture quality is very good I also added a sound bar which I think enhanced the audio quality

This is a great budget buy tv that was easy to install. Has a nice picture with various options to enhance the quality of the picture you like depending on what you’re watching. The only complaint is the quality of the sound. Not very far from an over sized transistor radio. I believe most manufacturers are not bothering to install a good sound system in large screen TV’s because they feel most people are going to buy a sound bar for it anyway. Luckily for me I already had one.

Volume issues when it was first installed. Depending on program do need to adjust volume. Might be up to 50 to hear program at a normal level. Highly recommend getting insurance plans for any Vizio tv. They are less expensive for a reason.

I don't know about this TV yet. I might return it before my 30 days is over. It's been freezing almost daily, to the point where the only option is to unplug it. Never had this issue with any other Vizio or Samsung that I've owned. So I don't know what this ones problem is? The picture quality is really good for the price though.

After scanning for local antenna channels, I found multiple duplicate listings of the local off-air channels. There was no number pad on the remote to allow going directly to a channel like our old VIZIO. When selecting a particular channel from the guide, sometimes there would be audio with a black picture or the channel would be jittery/choppy or even have the audio not synced with the video when someone was talking. All that said, the picture was excellent.

My 2017 65" Roku tv did circles around this tv. When I'm watching a recorded program and fast forward and return to program it takes a long time to start playing or I have to hit play again to get the program to start playing and then it hops and skips as it goes forward. I have super high speed internet. It also is very slow to start up when it's turned on. Color on the tv is great.

I’m very disappointed with this TV. It freezes and lags frequently, and sometimes it takes a long time just to turn off. The biggest problem is the extremely limited app selection. You can only download the apps that are available through their system, and there is no option to install many popular apps that I use. I have other TVs at home from TCL, Samsung, and LG, and they all offer much better app options. I’ve also been having problems screen mirroring from my phone so I can watch apps that aren’t available on the TV. Some days the mirroring works, and other days it doesn’t work at all. Between the constant freezing, slow response, limited apps, and unreliable screen mirroring, this TV has been very frustrating to use. I expected much better from a 4K QLED TV.
