[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell crosswave cleans my hardwood floors and area rugs very well! The machine itself takes quite a bit of time to clean- even after just one use it was pretty difficult to get into some of the spots of the machine and some parts are almost impossible to get clean.

I have the Bissell ProHeat rug cleaner for my home but needed something small for my mother's condo. Loved how easy is was to use but it is very noisy. Next time I'll put in my headphones. It was perfect for the tile floors. The area rugs stayed a little damp but 20 min on the porch took care of that. Mom was very happy with the results.

This is wonderful on hardwood floors. My hardwood floors actually shined after I used it. By far the best I have ever used. It is a little hard to push on rugs. But great for spot cleaning on rugs. You must clean out every time you use it. I put it in closet without cleaning it and horrible smell. Very easy to clean.

This product is amazing! Took me about 2 minutes to put it together and learn to use. My floors are visibly cleaner after just one use. It is so satisfying to empty the dirty water knowing that the dirt is no longer sitting on the floor! Clean up is easy and only takes about 10 minutes at most. I like to clean it after every use and sit the parts out to dry. So happy with this purchase! If you're on the fence, trust me, go with yes!!

To my surprise it glides across the floors so easy. I like the fact that you can see the dirty water , thus knowing the floors are getting clean. Good work Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of the floor in my house is natural stone, but I also have quite a bit of porcelain tile. I have area rugs but no wall to wall carpet. This cleaner is perfect. I cannot believe how much dirt this cleaner removed from my floors. It was embarrassing! I have recommended the CrossWave to everyone that I know that has a lot of hard floors to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could be a little bit stronger on the sucking up of the used water put on the floor after the brushes clean it seams to not have tough enough bristles on the brushes. It beats the old fashioned mop. But for the price I thought it would closer to a commercial machine. If this one wears out or brakes i will look for your upgraded one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased my Bissell CrossWave All-In-One Multi Wet Dry Vac. I have two small dogs and a 16 year old grandson that live with me. I've got plenty of messes! I installed a Laminate floor throughout the house but use 9x12 area rugs in the living and bedrooms. I was thrilled when I received the vac. I can clean my floors and with a push of a button I am up on the area rugs giving them a good clean. The floors and rugs dry rapidly and smell great. I bought the pet formula cleaner and use it for both floor types. Works well! Thank You Bissell!
