[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am very happy with my new Crossover. It makes cleaning my floors a lot easier. My brother, with whom I live is incontinent of bowel and bladder. Unfortunately, this can cause huge messes to clean up. The Crossover makes that job infinitely easier. I'm disabled due to back problems and with this machine the clean up is far easier. The Crossover is well worth the price.

Although it does pick up dirt and the water was nasty, it does not get close to the walls or anything. It leaves a gap while cleaning. Also I like to vaccum almost every night and found this very hard to do.

Great on hardwood floors cuts time of cleaning in half by not having to pull out the vacuum to get all the mess off before going through with the mop. My mom has shoulder pain and side to side motion of mopping was hurting her. This is so much easier and comfortable for her to use! Am considering buying myself one as well now!

We've had the Bissell Crosswave for 5 months and we are extremely disappointed. It's constantly leaving dirt behind and we have to go over the same area 3 times. The filter and bottom main hose are getting clogged every week, despite taking everything apart and cleaning, including the filter and sweeper brush. We have no pets and only 3 grown people, it shouldn't have this much trouble

Well i will say i have gotten rid of all my "other" cleaning methods and cleaned out my way too cluttered broom closet and now just love and use the Bissell cross wave. I have cut diwn on cleaning time by over half that aline fir busy people us well worth it. Love that it cleans and freshens my floor and makes my home snell clean. With pets and people this us always a challenge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my new cleaner several times and it is wonderful for cleaning my tile floors. Using a regular mop just pushes dirt around. Now I don;t have to worry about that. This Cross Wave Cleaner works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three children, a puppy and an on-going home renovation. This has been a lifesaver. It picks up kid crumbs, contractor footprints and puppy prints all at once when I was sweeping, vacuuming and mopping. Works really well on our stained concrete floors. Leaves light streaking on engineered hardwood floors that I then quickly swipe over with wet mop. Have used it on the throw rugs to touch up coffee spills, puppy accidents and more and it does the trick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product great customer service First impression is easy to set up and reuse and if your the type that dont like vucuming mopping at same time it worth it. If theres too many water coming out all you do is make the vacume stand and leave it few second and go over the wet area..even if i dont have rug i tend to do rug on hardfloor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my cross wave. we have two dogs ( one is a 14 week old puppy). all the rug and floor clean up has been a breeze. since i purchased my crosswise we had huge amounts of rain which is mud. its been a blessing for cleaning up. If i had to say a negative on this machine it would be that i could of spent a little more and got the package with all the brushes and rollers, i cheeped out and got a smaller one. so now i will go get brushes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very heavy, as a senior I would of liked something lighter in weight. I have ceramic floor in my large kitchen and I have found it doesn't really get into the groove of the grout to clean. Also will not adjust to turn to get into smaller corner areas. Cordless would be so much better. It does clean well which is important. There is still room for improvement. I do like the idea that it can do multi surfaces.
