[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best product for multi surface floors, we have 3 dogs and 2 cats, so we use the CrossWave often. I love how my floors look and smell after each use. It's easy to clean and maintain. The other big plus about the CrossWave is all 5 rooms of my home can be done much quicker than a mop and bucket of water as the CrossWave distributes the water to where it dries very quickly and does not harm my wooden and laminate flooring.

The Crosswave left those floors clean, shiny and the amount of dirt collected in the container was amazing. Also, the vacuum feature worked well. Don't expect to pickup large objects though. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this Bissell on our porcelain tile floors. There is a high-pitched noise when using the machine that I don't know is "normal". It's very annoying. The machine seemed to work well for the first month. Then it started "streaking". Now, when I am applying water to the floor, it applies it in streaks rather than a smooth distribution across the brush. It is also not vacuuming up the water as well as it did a month ago, when the machine was new. On the positive side, it is getting a lot of dirt off the tile floor. Our tile is newly installed and it is pulling up a lot of the residue from grouting. It does not clean marks or dried food off the floor, however. I have to go back and hand remove them.

It's easy to clean and so light, you hardly know your vacuuming! I used to have to vacuum one day and mop the next because it was so time consuming. Now I sometimes vacuum/mop 2 times a week.

Used crosswave on wood and tile floors and was impressed by the amount of dirt it removed. I thought my floors were pretty clean before. Unit is light and easy to use. I like the separate dirty water tank and the way the brush is easily cleaned after use.

My wife and I work everyday and I had a recent illness which required a deep clean for our home. We hired someone to clean and this Bissell was suggested to use by her. This machine made our floors look great and dug deep dirt and dog hair out of the area rugs. We had no idea how dirty they were. It was a good purchase.

I love this my entire house is floor and i get to vacuum and mop at the same time I'm finished so fast. Also I have 3 dogs and when there are accidents all i do is plug it in and vacuum it cleans the pee and disinfects the floor. The cleaning is so simple and i can't be leave how dirty the water comes out everyday. I used to swear and mop once a week now I'm doing it everyday thanks to my bissell

I live in the country on 4 fenced-in acres with a 24/7 doggie door, so my 6 rescue fur babies can come and go as they please. We had a lot of snow this past winter and a LOT of rain this spring. One of our recent rescues is a German Shepherd with big feet; and she and the Doberman run together constantly thus turning our front yard into mud!! And the mud then tracks into the house. Our floors are all tile; therefore, this sweeper-scrubber is awesome and easy for me to keep on top of the dog tracks. Keep in mind that, even though this cleaner sweeps, it is not a full-fledged sweeper for cleaning the full house as there are no cleaning wands or accessories. The sweeper part lets you sweep and scrub at the same time. It is easy to use and easy to clean up. Love it !!!
