[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love!!! I bought thinking I will use this once a month to deep clean my floors and rugs - ha!!! In week 2 and have used 2x already to deep clean bc it's so easy. I was worried about aftercare but Bissell made it easy with pop out roller and easy to clean splash guard, etc. After my first cleaning of all hard wood and area rug surfaces, the following week I had barely anything in our vacuum and I thought our regular vacuum (that I use between using CrossWave) was broken. Nope, this CrossWave is just picking up everything - love it!!!!

I love this cleaner but it does leave streaks on the floor ifyou're not aware that the brush is dirty. It is important to use the soap that comes with the machine. I tried without and the floors don't look that good without it. It's a good cleaner but you must watch the videos to really know how to use it before using this cleaner that will make it so much easier!

So I gifted myself with this great machine. I've only used it 3 times so far but I'm amazed at how clean the floors are now. Cleaning the machine is very easy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a vinyl plank floor that shows every spot of water or dirt that I am constantly having to clean. I love that this will vacuum and clean at the same time. It saves me from having to sweep the floor before I mop it. I also love that you are constantly using clean water on the floor instead of just pushing a dirty mop around. The only thing that is kind of a pain is having to take the machine apart and clean it after every use.

The crosswave has made it easy to clean to clean our floors more often than before. I've used the crosswave it families houses and have always loved the convenience so I knew I had to have one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My CrossWave's maiden voyage was on the tiled floor of my church's small kitchen. I was very pleased with the ease of use of the machine, and pleased with the results. The floor happened to be particularly dirty after several groups used the kitchen, so it was necessary to empty and rinse the canister and filter several times. For average home use, however, this would likely not be necessary. I do like that it vacuums and cleans at the same time, although I wouldn't recommend trying to vacuum a big spill or mess. The machine will pick it up, but you'll spend extra time emptying the canister. So wipe up the bulk of the spill; the CrossWave will do a fine job cleaning the rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the Bissell Crosswave for a month now. I have a German Shepherd and 95% of my home is hard wood flooring with area rugs. I read a lot of the reviews before purchasing. The pros, the Crosswave does a really great job of cleaning and vacuuming my hardwood floors. No streaking, dries really quickly, and great suction. I love how I'm able to do my floor and mats all in one. I own an 8x10 Ruggable area rug and unfortunately the Crosswave won't move across it ( the Crosswave's suction lifts the rug). Not a big deal because the Ruggable is machine washable. I'm always shocked at how dirty the water is after I use the Crosswave. The cons of the Crosswave, does not come close to edges and baseboards ( my biggest gripe). Difficult to do my hardwood stairs. Process to cleaning the machine after each use. Overall a great wet dry vac and worth the money. It really does do a nice job on my floors. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have handscraped engineered hardwood floors in my home and nothing was working to keep them clean. I used the swiffer, bona and a steam mop, the floors would look good for about an hour, as long as I had socks on my feet. Soon as the socks came off I could see feet print all over. The build up from the other products was clearly evident. My crosswave along with the solution by Bissell, has done wonders for my floors. I am a very satisfied customer!!

With the crosswave I get the floors done in half the time, because it vacuums and mops at the same time! My son in law was so impressed, he's getting one for them.
