[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flooring in my whole house (2500 sq ft) is tile. Previously used microfiber scrubber mop which was good as long as you rinsed the scrubber after every 2nd or 3rd pass depending on how dirty floor is. Using the Bissell Crosswave has eliminated that chore and I love that there is a separate container for the dirty water. Easy to clean & reassemble after use. The only negative is that it won't clean very close to baseboards. At least an inch & a half short. Turning it straight on to baseboards helps but not so easy to do down narrow hallways. Overall I love it and if it got closer to edges I would have given it 5 stars. Suggestion - would like to see a roller option that would get into grout lines better, something with more brush.

I bought one for me. My mother fell in love with it so I bought her one too. It expensive but well worth the money. It sweeps and mops at the same time. It gets the floors so much cleaner and brighter. Would most definitely recommend. If you have the extra money.

It's lightweight and moves easily across the floor. The vacuum works great on hard floor surfaces and the mop cleans the floor with just a couple of quick passes. We are happy with the purchase and would recommend to a friend. #sweepstakes

The vacuum does a great job! My only complaint is that the cord comes out from the bottom, and it is extremely easy to run over if you are not careful. It is a little bothersome to have to always hold it while vacuuming, so I plan to fasten it to the handle with a zip tie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Hoover FloorMate before purchasing the Bissell. My FloorMate lasted for about 4 years (including a repair) my apartment is around 600 sqft. So far I prefer the Bissell, the swivel head makes it easier to clean hard to reach places. The Bissell is sleeker and easier to control. The CrossWave requires slightly more maintenance, but I think it will be worth it in the long run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the best invention they've ever made I use it every day on my floors and it's a miracle it saves me so much time cleaning and gets my floors clean I'd love this product and ask for maintenance on it is so simple to keep up with you just pretty much simply rinse it out and it's good to go and it's built well

We purchased this about a month ago. So far it has done an excellent job on our tile floors and area rugs. we have large dogs and this makes it easy to do quick cleanups. The only thing that they could do better is make it quieter. We have both a Bissell rug shampooer and a Dyson and neither are as loud as this is. I give it a 5 in performance but marked it down due to the excess noise.

Before when I would clean it took me twice as long and my back would suffer from sweeping and mopping. This helps me out both on time and my bad back. It cleans the floors great. No film or the floors look like they're smeared. The cleanup of the vacuum afterwards is the only drawback

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic hard floor cleaner! I have owned at Hoover hard floor cleaner for many years and thought it was great. Then I tried the Crosswave. It is lightweight, easy to use and clean after use. Most importantly, my floors are very clean! Love it!
