It was better than we hoped. Brushes make cleaning the floor easier. Machine was balanced and required littke effort to use. Dirty water container easy to remove and rinse out. Just over all a good hard working machine. Also great suction to pull water back off the floor.

No worries as the suction is so great that it actually sucked up dirt between the boards. I was careful about how much fluid I used though. I thought it would also be a pain to clean after like my rug cleaner but it is so easy. Yeah

Very disappointed with this product. After viewing all the hype on tv, I thought this product would be the answer to all my problems. It leaves brush marks on the floor & clumps of wet debris. I actually have to vacuum first and then had to use my steam mop to pick up the mess it made.

The wet/ dry vacuum is easy to use and the floors are really clean. There is no residual "dust bunnies", hair or dirt left on the floor. After washing, the floor is damp, and finishes drying to a spotless finish very quickly. The machine is easy to clean and comes with a storage pad, and a place to dry the roller brush. I would recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely horrible product. Does not remove minor spots from rugs. Smells horrible like old water even after cleaning. Does not suck anything off the floor up it just pushes it around. Very dissatisfied.

This is exactly what I was looking for. This saves me a step from vacuuming our house before I mop or have to stem clean our hardwood floors. Better then just the floors, all of our area rugs are quickly cleaned just as quickly as the hardwoods. Our area rugs haven't looked this good since we bought them. We also have (2) cats that are indoor cats and she'd constantly, the Bissell makes all of the hard work easy.

I had to try this product a number of times before I could give it a fair review and I am totally satisfied. The vacuum on this machine is impressive it has great power and the washing of the floors are great I have ceramic tiles and hardwood and it vacuums and washes the floors great it also removes shoe scuffs marks , no more mops of any kind for and it's always handy and ready to go especially with my big family this is something I needed . Also it gets into the corners if people are wondering about that . Unfortunately I can not give a review on the carpet side as we have no carpet or area rugs in the house . Would and have recommended this product to my family and friends. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the Bissell Crosswave for a month now. I have a German Shepherd and 95% of my home is hard wood flooring with area rugs. I read a lot of the reviews before purchasing. The pros, the Crosswave does a really great job of cleaning and vacuuming my hardwood floors. No streaking, dries really quickly, and great suction. I love how I'm able to do my floor and mats all in one. I own an 8x10 Ruggable area rug and unfortunately the Crosswave won't move across it ( the Crosswave's suction lifts the rug). Not a big deal because the Ruggable is machine washable. I'm always shocked at how dirty the water is after I use the Crosswave. The cons of the Crosswave, does not come close to edges and baseboards ( my biggest gripe). Difficult to do my hardwood stairs. Process to cleaning the machine after each use. Overall a great wet dry vac and worth the money. It really does do a nice job on my floors. #sweepstakes

I am so pleased I bought this floor cleaner. I used to see a film on my wood floors no matter what product I used with my spray mop and now know it was because I was just smearing the dirt around rather than removing it. With the crosswave always using clean water and depositing the dirty water in a separate container my floors now shine! It is easy to use and clean! I highly recommend this product.

Loved the cleaning results and the fact that it vacuumed up the dirty water with little effort at all. The hardwood looked great and dried in no time at all. This machine is so easy to use and will see lots of use because our Golden Retriever brings in mud on her feet every time she comes in from the back yard.
