I purchased the CrossWave to replace a large bulky Hoover that I had for 9 years until it broke down. I have bamboo flooring and large area rugs, so having the option for both hard surfaces and rugs was very important. I had this option on my last floor cleaner, but it required putting a special part on for hardwood floors. My child with special needs frequently has accidents where the diaper does not hold all the urine that comes out, so I wanted a cleaner that would be lightweight and easy, yet efficient. Plus I have other children that always leave crumbs under the breakfast bar. The CrossWave is fabulous! I've had to clean the same spot 3 times this week and I love how easy it is! It dries very quickly. I love that it comes apart quickly and easily to clean out all the parts (my last one did not and caused issues). I love that it only takes a touch of a button to go from the rugs to the bamboo flooring. And that I don't have to sweep first. The tray holder is great for keeping it where it's easily accessible. The capacity is pretty good for such a small, lightweight cleaner. I have quite a large, open ranch with hard flooring throughout. Filling at full capacity allows me to clean a couple of large rooms at a time. I was able to get through a living room, dining room, and kitchen on one fill. Carpeting might go through the solution faster, though. I have not found any negatives yet. I do hope that it stands the test of time with my frequent use.

It easily picked up the trail of dirt my dogs drug in, and left my floors clean! This is a great timesaver for me. So far, no complaints!

For a large area to sweep and mop this product is perfect!! It is quick and easy and I love the two water tanks keeping the dirty water separate from the clean water. Switching from vacuum to mopping and hard floors to carpet is literally the click of a button. No stopping to switch out different heads for different functions. Love this product!

I love the fact that it vacumns and mops the floor at the same time. IT is easy to use. The only thing that is a problem is that it leaves streaks on both sides of the brush as you pull it back and forth. I have only used it two times so maybe there is something that I need to learn. Maybe the floor was just to dirty at the time. AS I use it more often maybe they will go away. I had to go over the floor with another had mop that I squirted water on and then ran the mop over and the steaks left.

It has amazing suction and it picks up dirt left behind after a regular central vacuum. It refreshed all the area rugs and cleaned the floors beautifully. I have recommended this to all my friends.

Quality easily "SURPASSES" simulated uses but "AT A REDUCED" price underscores quality can come without raising the product price

It was better than we hoped. Brushes make cleaning the floor easier. Machine was balanced and required littke effort to use. Dirty water container easy to remove and rinse out. Just over all a good hard working machine. Also great suction to pull water back off the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. It is so light. Not like my heavy vacuum. I was concerned because my hardwood is not sealed. No worries as the suction is so great that it actually sucked up dirt between the boards. I was careful about how much fluid I used though. I thought it would also be a pain to clean after like my rug cleaner but it is so easy. Yeah

Very disappointed with this product. After viewing all the hype on tv, I thought this product would be the answer to all my problems. It leaves brush marks on the floor & clumps of wet debris. I actually have to vacuum first and then had to use my steam mop to pick up the mess it made.

The wet/ dry vacuum is easy to use and the floors are really clean. There is no residual "dust bunnies", hair or dirt left on the floor. After washing, the floor is damp, and finishes drying to a spotless finish very quickly. The machine is easy to clean and comes with a storage pad, and a place to dry the roller brush. I would recommend this to anyone.
