Easy to fill, clean, and does a great job washing and drying the bare floor. The area rug cleaning is awesome. These rugs are impossible to machine, so this is the next best method. Dry time is short. Love the product. Only issue is the cord is a trip hazard being loose at bottom. Needs a clip to hold it up higher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so much of swiffer is dependent on how good of a scrubber you are where as this just makes it sooooooooooooo much easier. the coverage is consistent and pivot head is amazing. ive wanted this for a while. the only thing to keep in mind is that with more hardware comes more upkeeping. i think its worth it though since you get more power, you just have to keep the various pieces up to date but when you see that dirty bin you see why you got it. something swiffer can never do

I was impressed on how funky the water was when I emptied the dirty water tank. I have always mopped my floors with a cotton mop and rinsing it in the sink several times while mopping. I am glad I bought it.

This product is amazing! Took me about 2 minutes to put it together and learn to use. My floors are visibly cleaner after just one use. It is so satisfying to empty the dirty water knowing that the dirt is no longer sitting on the floor! Clean up is easy and only takes about 10 minutes at most. I like to clean it after every use and sit the parts out to dry. So happy with this purchase! If you're on the fence, trust me, go with yes!!

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I use it everyday. I have wood floors and throw rugs and it cleans everything. I have dogs and this thing is wonderful picks up all the dirt and hair and is so much easier to clean after. I'll never use a mop again, cleans my tile floors like new.

There is no convenient way to keep it out of the way while in operation. Leaves streaks like a vacuum on carpet. The cap is hard to get on the dispenser. More than once I have had it all leak out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell outperforms the competition (Hoover). We had a Hoover floor cleaner. If you hit a bump, the brushes fell off. If the handle fell, the brushes fell off. If you gave it a dirty look, the brushes fell off. Ha. Ha. One of the anchors used to secure the lid was poorly manufactured. My Bissell CrossWave performs superbly. You cannot beat it. I have a Bissell carpet cleaner. I love it too. You cannot go wrong with a Bissell product.

I'm very impressed with this product! Works well on both porcelain tiles and area rugs. Very easy to use! Also very easy to clean up at the end of the day. Just make sure your strain out the hair it picks up if you have a pet. It worked really well when we had a spill on an area rug and ran it immediately.

I have been waiting for a product like this for some time. I own a house with primarily hard floors. I was using Swiffers, then calculated what I'd spent on the pads over a year. It came out to more than the cost of a Crosswave. So, if you use the wet pad method, invest in a Crosswave, because it'll pay for itself in a year, then all subsequent floor cleaning is free, aside from the cleaning fluid, which you don't need a lot of if you're using hot water. It's amazing how much crud comes off the floor after only two days. And I know the floor was clean because the Crosswave only uses clean water. All the dirty water is sucked away. I highly recommend this product.
