[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the CrossWave a week ago and I can already tell that is absolutely amazing product. It has cut my time cleaning the floor in half. It has amazing suction and it picks up dirt left behind after a regular central vacuum. It refreshed all the area rugs and cleaned the floors beautifully. I have recommended this to all my friends.

Having dogs and a teenage son, you can imagine what my tile floors look like each week. I had owned a competitor's machine, and thought it did alright... Was I wrong! It cleans my ceramic tile beautifully, leaving nearly no residue. It's an easy to manage machine that maneuvers well, and it's intuitive. Not a big learning curve in any respect, from assembly to use. And it's FAST. But that's not the best part. Having very limited use of my hands, I'm cautious when purchasing anything that requires maintenance (or using hand controls). The assembly was super-straightforward, and the after-use cleaning process is fast and easy. Disassemble the brush holder, remove the dirty tank, and rinse. The buttons are easy to press, and the trigger is ergonomic and has a nice smooth action. I truly could not be happier with my investment in terms of price for performance or ease of use. I look forward to years of clean floors!

I have been only using one month.so far so good !

I've only used it two weeks. Need to practice more to get the best results. Not crazy about the need to clean the roller each time. What I love is that I only need one appliance for my floors. Nice long cord, I never have to unplug to reach any part of my apartment. I also like the clean and dirty water are in different tanks. Quiet and easy to use, again the caveat being that I'm still learning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this a few days ago, so have not gotten the chance to use all the features that it has to offer! So far, all I have done is vacuum both carpet and tile floors with it, and it was great! I did collect quite a bit in the container, which my hubby cleaned out for me. Am ready to either vacuum again, or try the shampoo. Will let you know how that goes. It is so light and easy to maneuver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the spin mop first. It was good. Decided to try the CrossWave and it is much better. I like that it washes the floor then sucks up the water and dirt with the vacuum. Does a very good job of cleaning. Sometimes it makes a noise then roller stops spinning. I power off then on for it to work again. Don't know why it does it. The container is not full of dirty water and I have cleaning solution in the bottle. I like the idea of cleaning the roller in the tray. First time I cleaned it myself. To give it a better review I have to use it more then the one time so far. I would recommend the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used for the last 3 weeks and am very happy. Works well on my hard woods and tile floors and a few of my short pile carpets. Saves time when cleaning up pet hair and small dirt without need to vacuum first.

It's cut my cleaning time in 1/2.. I used a vacuum to clean up the floors then an ocedar mop and 2 mop buckets. 1 regular for the clean water and the ocedar bucket to rinse the dirty mop. Such a hassle. The crosswave is 1 machine and does the same work I would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was visiting my brother and his wife in Maine, and they were telling me about their new wonderful machine that vacuumed and washed their floors all at once. I couldn't wait to try it. Their floors did not even look the least bit dirty as they had been done 3 days previous, so they let me use it and I am telling you what a great job it did the water was filthy and the floor didn't even look dirty. As soon as I returned home I ordered my own. I just had new floors put in my kitchen & bath (ceramic tile) and mine worked great as well!!!!!
