I have an older cat that has "issues" and at least once a week I need to clean up after her. Pulling out my Bissell steam cleaner is more than what I need but the Crosswave is quick to set up/clean up and the carpet mess is cleaned in minutes. The carpet is dry in no time. Since it's smaller than my steam cleaner and I need it more frequently, I can store it with my vacuum. Also, buying through the Bissell website, gave me extras like more rollers and a large bottle of the cleaner. Highly recommend especially if you have pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well for me. Develop a balance between water output and vacuuming it up. Clean after using. I use a narrow bottle brush to clean the passage between the floor apparatus and the upright part. If you have a lot of pet hair this will get clogged and should be cleaned before you continue. So there is a bit of a learning curve, but it is worth time and effort. I would suggest that Bissell include a brush in their package or accessory purchase.

Cord is long enough to vacuum several rooms at a time (I was considering the cordless, but this vacuum/mop suits my needs just fine). Overall, I am very happy with the product and use it multiple times per week. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vaccum. Nothing like spending the day vaccuming and then having to finish by mopping. It saves so much time picks up everything. I rather it for my floors not my old front floor mat, it's so dirty that it just fills full of gunk and needs to be cleaned out right away to continue doing the floors. Mayne with a newer area rug it would be better.

So far really like how this machine cleans. My hardwood and LV floor looks great. It is fairly easy to clean. Just takes a little to make sure it is clean inside the tube between roller and bath waste tank. As long as you clean up right away it's easy. Wish more filters would come with unit. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 dogs and 2 children and this vacuum has been a life saver. It really cleans the floor well. The suction on the vacuum is good. When you use the wet cleaner there are not any streaks. The floor cleans so nice. Totally worth the money.

Works great but needs a lot of care after you use the wet setting.you need to have multiple brushes and can't leave overnight if used the wet setting or it smells. I would prefer vacuum and separate mop. It's a heavy vacuum. You need to clean every section daily. It's tiring and leaves wet residue.

Used it once on very dirty floors in my cabin in the Oregon mountains. It was so much easier to use than a mop and no wringing or extra cleaning of the mop head. When I say the floors are dirty, I mean really dirty. With the Bissell, I'm not mopping with a dirty mop or dirty mop water. The floors are much cleaner as a result.
