I'm mainly using it on tile and laminate wood floors. I use it with a water and vinegar mixture so it's safe for my pups. I highly recommend this machine! It's easy to use and versatile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worth it. You know how you will see these new gadgets and wonder to yourself if it is worth it? This is. It does have a learning curve but once you figure it out this vacuum saves you time. I have two dogs and three kids, they are constantly tracking in dirt from our property. Couple tips, it is not like a regular vacuum, pick up the bigger items. Even something smaller like a Q-Tip will get caught. Clean the brush in the tray half way through a large area of the house and always use a clean brush on a carpet! Do not clean hard floors then go to a carpet, I learned that the hard way! Last tip, this isn't a quick fix dust buster type of machine. It's too involved to use it to clean up a small spill but it is great to clean an entire room.

The fact that you can vacuum and mop at the same time is a huge time saver! we also have one for our home, we have luxury vinyl floors and this has become my new favorite tool! Between the dog and our shoes the floor gets dirty real quick. I was spending hours trying to vacuum and mop, blisters on my hands and half a day later. Now I dont dread this chore half as much!!

90% of my flooring is hard laminate, and tired on going through a whole box of swifter wets. The crosswave I'm using a bottle and a half of solution so on the long rub I'll be saving time and money. It was just time to invest. I had a shedding dog so I do vacuum with another machine before using the crosswave.

Right out of the box it pleased me with the ease with which I was able to put it together. It is easy to operate - even my husband has tried it out - and I love the handy tray which makes cleaning up easier. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I am lazy and want clean up to be even easier. My dog seconds that opinion - she wants more time for belly rubs. Bissell, work your magic!

When it died I did some research and decided I liked what I was reading about the BISSELL CrossWave. It does a great job on both hardwood and tile floors. The machine is quick to ready for use and quick to clean up after. I love being able to vacuum and mop in one step. Will certainly tell family and friends about this time saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Bissell CrossWave after months of comparison shopping and reading reviews. I was looking for something that would be gentle yet effective on wood and could handle tile and carpet as well. It came with a multi-surface brush roll and small bottle of multi surface cleaning solution.I purchased a separate brush roll and cleaning solution specifically for wood. The multi surface brush and cleaning solution did a great job but I feel that the wood specific cleaning solution brought out the wood tones more. It is very easy to set up and maneuvers quite well under my dining room chairs. Very effective at cleaning and removes most of the water allowing my floors to dry quickly. After use cleaning is easy and takes approximately 3 to 5 min. It comes with a cleaning tray that allows you to pour water into it and run the unit to clean the inside. You can then remove the top cover and the brush roll and let them air dry. I would definitely recommend this product.

Had 2 Hoover floormates, before the crosswaves that did NOT put out enough water to clean well (thus they made it to the curb with the trash). I love the fact the Crosswave makes easier turns, is allot easier to use, and much lighter. My home has ceramic tile that looks like wood, and the crosswave cleans it perfectly. Picks up every single hair from my 2 short hair dachshunds, too. . It is amazing how much stuff ends up in the dirty water reservoir after cleaning. Have recommended the Crosswave to many of my friends as I'm so impressed. The best part is the vacuum before cleaning feature. No more mops, dust pans, vacuuming before washing the floor! Couldn't be happier!
