Love how I can clean my floor and dry them at the same time and vaccuum my carpet with one easy button.. the only reason I'm giving it a 4 is the formula cleaner bottle is small like tiny. I was expecting it a be a bit bigger. Other than that I'm a happy camper. My husband secretly loves it too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate doing floors but I can now all at once sweep and mop my whole downstairs in just 30 minutes. It's so very easy and the floor is way cleaner than I could have gotten it with anything else. It's amazing!

I just love the vacuum. First time a vacuum that does it all, mops and vacuums at the same time. You can mop your area rugs abd vacuum them. It's very easy to maneuver and suction is great too. I have two dogs they are heavy shedders a golden retriever and a German shepherd and it does an excellent job cleaning up those dirty paws and picking up all the hair off the floor. I highly recommend this vacuum!! Thank you Bissell !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one for my daughter, she has a toddler and a newborn with 2 cats. all laminated floors, this thing is awesome and a must have for all the new laminate flooring everyone is going with now. so easy to use and so much quicker and cleaner than a mop and bucket. I have one myself, also bought one at christmas for mother in law, all have loved this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced all of my rugs with marble tile (2,000 sq feet). I like the crosswave because it is very light weight, easy to use and keep clean. It pulls the water used to clean quickly and efficiently. Easy to fill and emplty for an older person. Very quiet compared to other units I have owned. I don't like that I cannot see when the soapy water is being released in spots I need to really scrub.

Then I used this wonderful machine. It found dirt that I could not! It has been one of my best purchases for cleaning my hardwood floors.

I really wish it were smaller so that I should get around the toilets in my smaller bathrooms. Other than that I love how it cleans. Happy about my purchase.

Love this machine. Very lightweight and simple to use. Does great job on floors and low pile rugs with ease. Floors dry ALMOST instantly and are actually clean without getting on my hands and knees, without unsightly residue often left with Swiffer-like cleaners. Easy to dump and rinse after using and set in corner till next use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have multiple animals so this is nice that it vacuums and washes in one go - only two negatives in my opinion: 1) is that the hair/debris all mixes in with the water and then you have to dump that water/debris/hair down your drains. Most of this stuff isn't actually suitable to be flushing down the sewer system and probably shouldn't be as it could potentially clog pipes, etc. I recommend draining the water and dumping the bulk of debris in the garbage. 2) Does not get close to edges, however has significant suction it will collect debris from edges but not wash the edges approx 1 inch away from walls.
