However I finally broke down and bought it and I'm glad I did. Best product ever. I have laminate flooring and a dog - it cleans great. No streaks and gets up all the dog hair and sand that the kids bring in. Love this machine and wish I'd bought it sooner! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have oak waxed flooring and linoleum. It cleans the unsealed wooden flooring like a dream. The kitchen flooring is patterned to look like tile. My Crosswave cleans out pigments and design of the flooring perfectly. I also use the cleaner on my flagstone. What a great job on it also.

Does a very good job at cleaning. Doesn't overdose on cleaner dispensing. Just the right amount is used and the design if the parts and ease of use is top notch. The trigger feels a bit cheap, but hasn't failed. I recommend this to all pet owners who like a clean house. Or snyone who likes a fresh carpet.

With a push of a button I can use the CrossWave throughout a room. After one use I found my kitchen laminate floor to be cleaner, without streaks and residue. Maintenance of the CrossWave is simple and takes little time. I am extremely pleased with the purchase.

The product I wanted, exactly meets my need for my new apartment. Even after multiple uses I am still learning how to properly clean my floors. The product is not as intuitive as I expected. Nice long cord, a light product with is easy to move from surface to surface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my CrossWave, this is my second one and I hope I can always buy one just like this. It is so much easier than scrubbing my floors as I have a large area to clean. Not hard on my back like scrubbing and the floor is so much cleaner.

I never thought I'd find a machine that vacuums and mops. I have an extremely bad back and this Crosswave makes mopping sooo easy. The floors are almost dry immediately. I used it on stains on my carpet and it took them out completely. Well worth the money especially getting the extras that came with it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my CrossWave and have only used a few times. So far it feels like a substantial, quality product. I love how easy it is to vacuum and mop the kitchen quickly while I have dinner in or between loads of laundry. I would like the moping action to be a little more aggressive however for a working mother the convenience allows me to keep the floors cleaner than with a traditional vacuum and mop combo because I can use it more frequently. I wish I would have had this when my kids were smaller!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely Love Love Love this product. I use to steam mop and wash the floors by hand once, maybe twice a week. Now that we have a puppy with winter weather our floor are a constant mess along with all of the things that our children spill on the floor. This mop is AMAZING because now instead of sweeping and then moping its all done in one sweep. My floor are always clean and I am always amazed with how much I get up on a daily basis. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because this wet dry vac is quite noisy when in use. So I tend to do it when I get a free moment with no one around. My only other issue with the mop is that the used water canister does not have a filter so when i dump out the old water into the sink i have to grab the hair and debri out before it goes down the sink. All in all I LOVE this product even with the two issues i would buy it again and am thinking of doing so for a Christmas gift.
