Does a very good job at cleaning. Doesn't overdose on cleaner dispensing. Just the right amount is used and the design if the parts and ease of use is top notch. The trigger feels a bit cheap, but hasn't failed. I recommend this to all pet owners who like a clean house. Or snyone who likes a fresh carpet.

I can get my kitchen and family room floors really clean in practically the same time it takes to vacuum. My only complaints are that it is louder than most vacs and it doesn't clean to the edge.

Deep cleans are still going to be required, but day to day, even week to week? Is eliminated. I purchased mine with the cord and that is my only regret! Definitely go cordless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my cross wave. we have two dogs ( one is a 14 week old puppy). all the rug and floor clean up has been a breeze. since i purchased my crosswise we had huge amounts of rain which is mud. its been a blessing for cleaning up. If i had to say a negative on this machine it would be that i could of spent a little more and got the package with all the brushes and rollers, i cheeped out and got a smaller one. so now i will go get brushes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this after a recommendation from a friend. We recently moved and the went from mostly to carpet to all hardwood (I'm not a fan). I initially swept the floor then used a wet swiffer, which I felt just pushed the dirty pad around not really making things clean. With the Crosswave I at least don't have to clean the floor twice, it vacuums and cleans at the same time. However I do only use it once or twice a week and just sweep in between cleanings. Every time the water comes up brown, which to me is so gross as I think the floors should be a lot cleaner than that, but it wasn't well kept before we bought it. So I hoping after time and the continued use of the CrossWave the water will get less brown, but with two young kids, who knows. I do feel like it does a good job and it dries relatively quickly; a lot faster than it did using the swiffer pads. The only complaint I would have it when the container holding the dirty water got too close to the full it didn't really suck up the water/formula that well and left a really wet trail. Once I figured out why it was doing that and I emptied the container it seemed to work just fine again. I was a little disappointed as I bought the product from the Bissell website and I thought I get more a "deal" with an extra formula bottle or attachment, but that wasn't the case. Also, buy an additional formula bottle as the one that comes with it is tiny and only lasted me enough for 1 large area and 2 small area cleanings.

I love this thing! Easy to use, mops and sweeps in one easy step. But.... only one little problem with it is the clean up of the machine itself. If you clean up anything other then food, (plastic wrapper, broken glass, pebbles) you can't put that stuff down a garbage disposal, you shouldn't really flush it in a toilet, so into a trash can or dumpster it goes, then rinsing the container out. So in conclusion cleaning the machine up after using it can be a bit of a hassle it's still way less work then sweeping and mopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best home purchase I have ever made! It cuts my cleaning time drastically. This works excellent just as a vacuum as well! This cleans and picks up better than any other vacuum I have ever and washes my hardwood floors better than anything else I have ever used. As a test, I used my regular vacuum (will not say which one but did cost almost twice as much as my Crosswave) and I then washed my floors with another brand floor cleaner. At this point I thought my floors were clean and they looked clean. I then used my Crosswave, my god I have been living in filth!!! Not only do I have a better clean but I have it in A LOT less time. I had never used Bissell before and I will never use another brand again. Thank you Bissell!!! Oh and I do have a German Shepard and two kittens.
