This is the beat purchase I have bought in years. Time saving! Dr says worst household chore for people with knee and back issues is mopping and sweeping...but not when using the crosswave. My tiles have never been so clean. Dries in seconds. .and eliminates that fine sand that Florida house always have. I love it!

My daughter has a Labrador and this product was able to handle all of the shedded hair. The hardwood floor and the bathroom tile floor turned out wonderful with the multi use cleaner. I didn't need the instructions to put it together. I did have a minor issue with taking it apart for cleaning. Gave it to my husband to get the roller mechanism out. Don't wait to buy one! Saves time, and works great.

This little workhorse has really met my expectations so far. I've only had it for a couple of weeks but I've used it several times and it does a great job! To get in to specifics, we have no carpeting so I cannot speak to it's effectiveness on carpet but it cleans our laminate and granite flooring very well, leaving the surfaces clean and streak free. The vacuum does a great job of picking up debris as you are mopping. I love not having to vacuum first! Where it really helps us is cleaning up after our elderly incontinent dog. It picks up the puddle in one pass and scrubs the area clean. Pros:. The dirty water goes in to a separate reservoir so your cleaning solution does not get contaminated. It's quite easy to empty the dirty water and refill the cleaning solution. All the components are designed to break down quickly and easily for cleaning. Another plus is that this comes with everything you need to get started right away. It only took me a couple of minutes to get going! The kit had extra brushes and cleaning solution. The solution seems to work very well but you can obviously use any brand you want to. Cons:. In other reviews I read people mentioned that the dirty water cup is quite small and they have had to empty it several times to complete their home. That's a fair comment for a large home but for a smaller home like mine at approx. 1500 square feet I have been able to complete the whole house before needing to empty the cup. The system is very efficient with the dispensing of cleaning solution so as long as their isn't a ton of debris on the floor you'll be surprised how far you can get before having to add cleaning solution or empty the dirty water. Another negative comment some reviewers brought up was that the crosswave is not self cleaning. It's true that if you want this to last and do a good job every time it is necessary to remove three of the components and the dirty water filter and rinse them out after each use but, believe me, it's not that hard and well worth it. Most self cleaning systems don't work very well and you will end up having to do it by hand anyway if you want the tool to continue working properly. As I said earlier, all the components snap in and out very easily. Just read the instructions once and you won't have any problems. In summary, I would highly recommend the Bissell CrossWave. It appears to be very well made, sturdy, and it is very simple to operate. It is also quite lightweight and easy to maneuver. I feel at this price I have gotten a great bargain!

I have had 5 hard floor cleaners before I got this one - and this one is the best in every aspect! Vs steam mop: the microfiber roller wipes the floor clean, but the dirty water gets collected in a container rather than pushed around like on a steam mop pad. Plus - a constant stream of new cleaning solution/water is delivered the whole time time I am cleaning. Vs my old bissell hard floor cleaner: I liked the rotating brush on my old bissell cleaner, but the dirty water compartment would fill up so fast! I would have to empty amd refill it 6-8 times when I cleaned all of my floors. This crosswave only has to be emptied once in the middle of my cleaning! Plus - I love that I can take apart the whole front cleaning head to wipe it off - it can get really dirty when I am cleaning up a mess. It's the only cleaner I have been able to use on my area rugs - and I works really well! So simple - just like using it on my hard floors. I considered buying this when it first came out, but hesitated because it's an expensive purchase. I should have purchased it earlier because it has saved me so much time and my floors are cleaner now! Plus - this package with all the extras is the best deal I have found. I am 100% thrilled with my purchase of the crosswave!

I bought a Bissell pet vacuum first and I loved it. So I saw this advertised on an info commercial and had to have it. I used to be a Hoover girl but not anymore. This machine is lite weight and easy to maneuver. It is easy to load the soap, you can put soap in for one room. I find this easier to keep the machine clean. If you have soap left over you can remove the bottle and store it for next time. Absolutely would recommend this.

We watched a demo video it was thrilled to give this a try. Just as the video we was impressed to have it vacuum and clean all in the same stroke. We keep our floors pretty clean but this picked up and cleaned much better than our other vacs and later clean the hardwood floors. Very impressed so glad we gave this clean and vacuum a try

I received my Crosswave a few weeks ago and have used it several times already. I have two large dogs and 6 month old son, so I have to clean my floors daily to keep the dirt and fur from the dogs off the floor and clean for baby to he on. My entire main floor is laminate wood and I have three large area rugs. I used to spend at least an hour and half cleaning my floor....sweep up dog fur, vacuum entire floor, them mop floor and wait for it to dry. With the Crosswave it's now just one step for me and it works great!! Suction is amazing and no waiting for floors to dry, they are dry within seconds with the Crosswave. Bonus is that I can also clean my area rugs with it and it does a good job on the low pile area rugs I have. Now I can clean my floor in half the time that it used to take me. Very happy with this machine.

Best purchase ever. I procrastinated a long time on this. Read many reviews and alot of research on vaccum and rug cleaners. I should never have waited. I didnt give five stars because I agree with others about the location of the cord. It seems to get in the way. Yet, that little tid bit doesnt detour the outcome of how great this product is. I was able to clean my tile floor and area rug. I thought my floors were clean. NOT! after one use, wow, wow and wow. So easy to use. I highly recommend

Way too much water on hardwood floors, did not dry fast as a steam mop, and left horrible water streak marks everywhere, maybe I'm doing something wrong but bissell steam sweep works better on my hardwood floor and ceramic floor, this system doesn't even get sticky areas up at all, it's not worth the expense of close to $300 bucks to me. Sorry but I wanna send it back.

I really wanted to love the Bissell CrossWave but it did not meet expectations. The vacuum function works as advertised but when it came to using it as a mop function the unit doesn't seem to have enough suction power and leaves dirty water drops on the floor after each pass, then when I turn the unit off there's a large puddle of dirty water left under it. I thought I was doing something wrong washed everything, reread the manual and watched instruction videos and had the same results with the 2nd use.
