[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent cleaner! It replaced my vacuum and a mop and bucket. It is easy to maneuver around and under things. It cleans really well and vacuumed and washed at the same time!! The best part just like any other Bissell products that I own, is that it is so easy to take apart and clean all of the parts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw the Bissel Crosswave mentioned in a cleaning group as the "holy grail" of floor cleaners so I decided to give it a try. I am not disappointed! It vacuums and mops at the same time and does a great job! My floors look better than they ever have in a fraction of the time. I initially bought one as a gift for my son, but was so impressed I bought another for myself :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood floors with low area rugs and it worked out great! I do wish there was a way to separate the liquid from the hair/dirt. Just makes it a little gross dumping the hair into the trash before emptying the liquid. It worked great transitioning between the area rug and the hardwood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this because it takes me several hours to vacuum and wash all of my floors. I use this now for hardwood, slate and porcelain floors- I have even tried it on low profiles carpets. Excellent performance- easy to clean - lightweight makes vacuuming and washing 7000 square feet of floors much faster. It can handle some large particulate- suction is excellent. Particularly good for bathroom floors. Allows me to clean the floors often and easily. Only downside is that the container fills up quickly but that's minor compared to the benefits.

I bought this with great exceptions after reading about it. I was expecting this to clean not only my area carpets, but the hard wood floors. It was easy to put together. Once I put it together, I reviewed the video on using this. Very simple to use. I started by cleaning the area rug in my living room. I noticed that the couple of stains did not come out. I decided lets clean the hard wood floor in the entrance way. Their were a few marks that should come out easily, especially given the shark steamer removes them easily. After using the cross wave on it not once, but twice, the stains were still on the floor. I then used the shark steamer on it, and they came up with no problem. I am returning this item back to Sam's Club and will now go and rent a carpet cleaner instead. I really wanted this to work but in the end it just seems to good to be true.

I love this dry /wet vac and use it every day. I do have a problem though with Sam's Club. I bought it online and purchases an extended warranty for it. The invoice or paper work showing that I purchased the extended warranty was not in the box that the vac came in. I have nothing to show that I even have the extended warranty. I called Sam's Club and was told to call the company's toll free number. I was connected to a reprsentative that had such an accent that I couldn't understand her. I asked to speak to someone else that spoke better English, but she wouldn't do that, instead she just kept repeating the same sentence over and over which I kept telling her that I do not understand what she's saying. I was just wasting my time and ended the call. I still don't have any paperwork showing that I paid for the vac or the extended warranty. If this is the way ordering online goes with Sam's Club, it will be the last time that I will be buying online from them. Not happy at all with the way this went.

I've had my mop/vac for a month now and have used it about 10 times. It's just okay for me. It does clean the floor but takes forever. I timed myself using the Bissell and then using my vaccuum and regular mop and the Bissell took way longer. I have 3 dogs and there's constant water dribble from drinking bowl. Combine that with the grass they bring in and that's a mess. It does clean the floor, but it leaves some water every so often and I end up taking a towel to dry the floor so it doesn't spot. Best used for small areas. Then having to clean the machine afterwards is another downfall. The Bissell Multi-Surface cleaner that came with the machine does a great job.

Worked great for the first use. The second time, the brush would not turn. We tried the troubleshooting tips and it wouldn't work. Come to find out, this is a common problem and must replace the vacuum. The inconvenience of it not working and the wait time for the replacement is a big turn off. Still waiting for the replacement.

This product is just an expensive mop and does not live up to the Bissell name. It did keep shutting itself off in the middle of a back/forward pass. Unfortunately, it dumped streaks of dirty water that needed several passes over to vacuum it up. The vacuum didn't pick up normal objects that I would expect from a vacuum. Finally, the buttons and the water release buttons are in weird spots and you keep hitting them accidentally. I do believe mine has a short in it as it did keep shutting itself off. I waited a long to get this but honestly, it was terrible

I was skeptical about this. I bought it on Black Friday rushed home to see if I was gonna like it. I have a boxer who loves laying on my area rug. I have no way to clean them because I have stranded bamboo flooring. So I'm replacing my area rug quite often. My area rug was almost six months old looking pretty nasty. I figured if it didn't work I'll just return it and get a refund and buy a new rug. This thing blew my mind. Not only it cleaned it but it looks brand new and my flooring wasn't even wet. I have been highly recommended this to everyone I know with wood or laminate flooring. You won't regret buying it. No more nasty or buying new area rugs!!
