Hardwood floors throughout the house. Sea few small area rugs. Easy to use, set up and empty. The floor was cleaner than it ever has been by mopping. I love the way it mops and vacuums. This did not save a lot of time but it was far more efficient and did a much better job. You will be surprised at how dirty your floors mad area rugs are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Very easy to use, deep cleans the floor, doesn't leave too much water on the floor, satisfying results. Cons: heavy when the container is full, have to keeps pushing the handle when you clean the floor and it gets uncomfortable for the hand, unfortunate placement for the buttons that keeps turning off the machine when in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a dry and dusty part of the country. The majority of our flooring is tile. Dust and dirt are constantly tracked in or come in when it is cool enough to open doors and windows. I tried a traditional mop but hated using dirty water. I tried a wet mop and a steam mop but neither got all the floor clean. The cross wave allows me to vacuum first and then mop and it keeps the dirty water separate. After the first use, I could not only see that the floors were cleaner but could feel it when walking barefoot! The only downside is it is a little louder than I would like but a small price to pay for something so easy to use and that does such a great job! So glad I decided to try it.

We have 4 kids and a dog so I was using it at least 3-5 times a week. We were so happy with how it cleaned, we decided we needed to buy another. I even convinced my mom to buy one a couple years back and she is very happy with it also. Definitely would recommend to anyone! So easy to use.

We've had the Bissell Crosswave for 5 months and we are extremely disappointed. It's constantly leaving dirt behind and we have to go over the same area 3 times. The filter and bottom main hose are getting clogged every week, despite taking everything apart and cleaning, including the filter and sweeper brush. We have no pets and only 3 grown people, it shouldn't have this much trouble
