What a time saver! And it does a better job than a mop & bucket with far less hassle. If I would have known it was going to be so good I would have paid the extra for the cordless model for untethered convenience.

This is my second mopper. I love the way it cleans and it's easy to use. It does get stinky if you don't empty and let the dirty water tank dry out. I purchased extra filters for it and have only had to replace the roller cover due to a crack.

I love the crosswave! I have hardwood floors and thew crosswave picked up all the dirt and made my floors shiny. I have 4 cats and 3 dogs so this thing is perfect! Easy to use and cuts down on a lot of time!!!!

I bought this unit because i believe that washing a floor with a mop wasn't totally getting the floor clean. So far i haven't been disappointed. Clean water down, dirty water up. Works on area rugs with a little more effort.

This is a great little machine! I have 3 cats and one of them is older with issues and has accidents on my throw rugs, this machine cleans them up in no time and my rugs smell nice again.....works well on the floors too.

The Bissell CrossWave floor cleaner is excellent. It is easy to handle and does a great job. No more down on your hands and knees. The color of the dirty water when you are finished will amaze you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it on my tile floors. Love that part. Tried to use it on my area rug. It just sucked the carpet in and wouldn't let go. Finally got so I could clean the carpet, but it was difficult and took a long time. Haven't tried it as a dry vacuum on the carpet yet.
