Love this product. It makes cleaning up muddy dog prints a breeze. The only downfall is having to take it apart to clean so often. Not difficult, just time consuming.

The Bissell CrossWave floor cleaner is excellent. It is easy to handle and does a great job. No more down on your hands and knees. The color of the dirty water when you are finished will amaze you.

It did seem to be a floor model because of the packaging, but it does do as it says it will. Just got a puppy and this helps with the clean up, but I use it after the potty is picked up first then this will sanitize after.

Love the CrossWave! I cannot believe how dirty my floors were, especially after I had mopped. Very easy to clean and put away as well. I'm really excited about not having a dirty floor and using a dirty mop!

This is a great little machine! I have 3 cats and one of them is older with issues and has accidents on my throw rugs, this machine cleans them up in no time and my rugs smell nice again.....works well on the floors too.

Absolutely love my Bissell Crosswave. It does so well on my wood floors and area rugs and tile. I have several cats and a dog and this is jusy what i needed.

I bought this unit because i believe that washing a floor with a mop wasn't totally getting the floor clean. So far i haven't been disappointed. Clean water down, dirty water up. Works on area rugs with a little more effort.

Best thing I've ever done for taking care of hardwood floors and light rugs! Been wanting to buy one but had to jump on the deal I got! And with all the freebies you're ready to go! All I did was to buy another floor brush to have an extra one.

I was impressed on how funky the water was when I emptied the dirty water tank. I have always mopped my floors with a cotton mop and rinsing it in the sink several times while mopping. I am glad I bought it.
