As soon as I got my new Bissell I went over the floor three times and was still picking up dirt! This machine is amazing and I have even got my mother and my mother-in-law to buy one!!

Sweeping & then mopping the old fashioned way took me around an hour plus lots of back pain and I can do it daily with the kids & dog. The Crosswave cuts my time in less than half & gets the floors super clean. I highly recommend it & love it so much. I may or may not have used it daily the first week just because I thought it was amazing!

I have all concrete floors in my home (1700sqft). I also have two boxers that love to lay in the dirt and then lay on the cool floor. It does a decent job on the floors, sometimes I have to go back over a second time. The biggest con for me is I have to refill the bottle a bunch of times to do the whole house.

So far I have only used this once but WOW! My floors felt and looked so clean. The only thing I would knock on it is it does not get right next to the baseboard. It leaves about a 1 inch strip that it does not clean, otherwise I'm very impressed. I had vacuumed my floors prior to use and I couldn't believe all the stuff it still picked up on top of that. It definitely made the floors super clean again. Yay!! Plus set up was easy and clean up was easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh heck yes I wish I had bought this sooner instead of going through 5 million wet swiffer pads! Vacuum *and* mop at the same time? Yes thank you! Has a little difficulty with edges and corners but that's to be expected with the retrospective shapes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! A bit noisy but not overwhelming. Vacuum and washes, wonderful , and no steaks left like the mop. No heavy bucket to carry up and down stairs. Clean up of the dirty water container takes a bit of time but is not difficult by any means.

We have 3 dogs... 2 grandchildren... live in Michigan and have wood and tile throughout the house. This is a outstanding wet dry vac. We've had many different types and brands... this one is by far the best. You will not regret buying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a handy cleaning machine for hard floors and carpets. You can vacuum with it as well as clean. It has its own tray where you cam set the machine while it cleans itself. It is helpful because it's not heavy and it help take the heavy load off of mopping. You do have to get in corners or edges with a mop though.

The crosswave has made it easy to clean to clean our floors more often than before. I've used the crosswave it families houses and have always loved the convenience so I knew I had to have one.
