If you read the other reviews, yes - they are right, small spaces are hard to clean (not a big deal for me). However, you got to take the good with the bad; nothing is perfect. It is heavy and takes a lot of time to clean the filters, etc. afterwards. But it does sweep and mop at the same time and my floors look great.

I love the CrossWave! The only thing I don't love about it is what I've read others say - it doesn't get all the way to the baseboards. It only cleans to about 1-1/2" to 2" away from my walls, so I have to go back and use another method to clean that part. It's a real pain, but the vacuum/mop does a fabulous job!

Our usual cleanup Sunday afternoon is to sweep the wood tile floors, vacuum the rugs and floor again and than mop the floors. With the crosswave we eliminate all 3 steps into one easy fast one that does all of the above and a better job. Would not be without it A+

So far I am very pleased with my Bissell CrossWave. It has done a great job showing me how dirty my floors really get! I can see where customers who bought the CrossWave may have issues if not cleaned and taken care of properly after each use. I hope I am wrong as so far it is working well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it one time thus far and it worked great. My only trouble is finding the Multi-surface cleaner. Can I use the carpet stuff too but on floor setting? Cleaning was easy. Although I took it apart as recommended, I don' think I need to each time as the cleaner part worked great. Nothing on the roller when I took it apart so I know the self cleaner works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the Bissel CrossWave is GREAT!! We have vinyl plank flooring as well as one room of hardwood, and it works well on both. I'm amazed at how much "gunk" is in the dirty water tank! I had no idea, and now feel like I was just smearing it around before the Bissel. Very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I much prefer this over a rival brand because it is so much easier to keep clean, and does vac/wash in one operation. I find the all-purpose brush fibers to be too flimsy for ceramic floors that have shmutz ground in, and the stiffer carpet brush fibers are not dense enough. The rival brand stiffer brushes did a better job. Bissel needs to develop a specific ceramic tile floor brush to deal with grout lines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased the CrossWave All in One to clean my tile floor, which is the whole first floor of the house. It is quite a lot of flooring. The job is just too large for this cleaner. I suppose it would be excellent for a smaller space. This cleaner would be perfect as a daily clean up for a kitchen or bathroom or dining room.

It's what I thought it would be. Not difficult to use and does a pretty good job. It clogged only a short time after I started cleaning, but I believe it was because the floor had a lot of fuzz. It wasn't difficult to find the clog and clean it. The cleaning solution holds enough to do a surprisingly large area. It has a lot of parts to clean and lay around until they dry, 4 stars for that reason. Overall, I'm glad I bought it.
