I purchased this to use on tile floors. The first time I used it, it worked very well. The second time it clogged and did not clean well. However, I may have done something wrong so I plan on using it weekly to see if it was my error or an issue with the product.

This requires a mop to follow up when doing a thorough cleaning. For frequent runs through (I live in the country and have quite a bit of mud) It is greaty.

With a push of a button I can use the CrossWave throughout a room. After one use I found my kitchen laminate floor to be cleaner, without streaks and residue. Maintenance of the CrossWave is simple and takes little time. I am extremely pleased with the purchase.

The product I wanted, exactly meets my need for my new apartment. Even after multiple uses I am still learning how to properly clean my floors. The product is not as intuitive as I expected. Nice long cord, a light product with is easy to move from surface to surface.

I never thought I'd find a machine that vacuums and mops. I have an extremely bad back and this Crosswave makes mopping sooo easy. The floors are almost dry immediately. I used it on stains on my carpet and it took them out completely. Well worth the money especially getting the extras that came with it!!

Lifesaving product! It would not replace all the cleaning equipment you need to maintain a house but if your main goal is to have a great multitasker so that you can get debris and any pet or kids mess with one pass while also mopping this is an excellent choice! Having a toddler this machine is lifechanging for me and I wish I had bought it sooner since I keep my house clean with less stress and in half the time. It is also lightweight and easy to move around and carry on the stairs, etc. Cleaning it is easy and so far I could not be happier! I would highly recommend it if you are looking to save time. For extra busy moms and dads I would say that a robo-vacuum is a great addition and this was the present I did for myself this year and combined those work great to maintain the household with less stress when my kid makes a mess and enjoys it.
