It did seem to be a floor model because of the packaging, but it does do as it says it will. Just got a puppy and this helps with the clean up, but I use it after the potty is picked up first then this will sanitize after.

Absolutely love my Bissell Crosswave. It does so well on my wood floors and area rugs and tile. I have several cats and a dog and this is jusy what i needed.

Could tell this vacuum had been returned with items missing from the box. No dual action brush or cleaner was in the box. No quality control on this product. Just my luck.

This is a great little machine! I have 3 cats and one of them is older with issues and has accidents on my throw rugs, this machine cleans them up in no time and my rugs smell nice again.....works well on the floors too.

What a time saver! And it does a better job than a mop & bucket with far less hassle. If I would have known it was going to be so good I would have paid the extra for the cordless model for untethered convenience.

Works very well! You have to take it completely apart and clean it thoroughly after each use or it gets a funky smell. The manual only says to clean certain parts each time, but trust me it is a “clean all” piece of equipment.

Cleans great! I had just recently mopped my kitchen and was greatly surprised at how much dirt the CrossWave still picked up. Only negative is that you have to clean the machine and parts after each use (even though it is easy to clean).
