Works fine Unable to find refill for cleaning fluid. Not at local walmart and not onlinr.

The unit does Clean, but some areas need to be cleaned several times, The brush seems to soft.

It's works good but I should have invested in the mop/vacuum which cost more. Works well on small spaces. It's not for tough big messes.

It did seem to be a floor model because of the packaging, but it does do as it says it will. Just got a puppy and this helps with the clean up, but I use it after the potty is picked up first then this will sanitize after.
