Its SO easy to use unlike a traditional mop. Throw your old mop in the garbage and get one of these for Christmas. You wont be disappointed.

At our age you look for things that will make your everyday chores easier, and I'm happy to say, this was a excellent purchase! My wife says it's light weight and easy to use and cleans extremely well! I would recommend this product to anyone who is interested in making there life a little easier. Great product! This reduces the need to sweep, wipe up, or anything other than turning this unit on and vacuuming and cleaning your mess right up. Then it also dries it up making it a breeze to clean up spilled messes like cereal, accidents from pets, etc. LOVE IT!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 85 years old, and taking care of my kitchen floor was getting to be too much for me. I've used my new Crosswave a couple of times and I'm very pleased with the job it does. I wouldn't have believed that one machine could both vacuum and scrub, and leave such a nice clean floor. The only drawbacks I see are related to my age and physical condition, so it's not fair to call them drawbacks; they wouldn't be, for most people. The machine seems very heavy to maneuver, and disassembling it (especially removing the brush cover) to clean it is difficult for arthritic hands. These are not unmanageable problems though, and overall I'm very pleased with the machine and with the job it does.

I think the Bissell CrossWave Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac is a great product overall. It's very easy to use and does a good job both vacuuming the dog hair (from our 2 large dogs) and other small debris as it washes the floor at the same time. It's nice not having to vacuum our tile floors before washing the floors. Having the separate cleaning water tank and separate dirty water tank you know it's clean shampoo water being used all the time. I've only used this product on hard service tile floors. Just a note - the bottom of the CrossWave has chipped when hitting some tiles which are set a little higher. Also, it would be awesome if there was an additional Brush Roll with "harder" longer bristles which would help clean grout better (or even more of the tougher orange ones currently on the roll)

I have only had the Bissell Crosswave for about two weeks. It really is super easy to move across tile and wood floors. I even cleaned an area rug and it did a nice job. I love the vacuum and liquid cleaner both in the same machine. I used to have a "flip it" and loved it, but this machine is even better. I would recommend this hard floor cleaner for ease of cleaning and it does a great job!

Surprised and obsessed! With multiple large dogs and the wet-muddy season upon us, the new Bissell CrossWave easily vacuums, cleans/nearly dries all smooth surfaces AND GROUT with little effort, in addition to area rugs. Super easy to rinse all components. My only complaints are 1) the 1” gap edges it does not clean-still have steam edges 2) needs a larger capacity dirty tank. They almost have it right! Sam's Club has the best price especially, all the extras in the bundle.

I use this 5-6 days a week. My floors have never been cleaner. It's super easy to use. My solution doesn't leave streaks on my floor. The until itself is fairly easy to clean too. Some of the gunk that gets picked up shouldn't go down drains. I wish there was a way to filter the water from the debris but that's the only draw back. I love my crosswave.
