I had my doubts but, ordered this anyway. I'm so glad I did! Easy to use, easy to clean, lightweight. Does exactly as advertised. Cleaned a vinal tile floor in a high traffic area beautifully. It's now the cleanest it's been since new. I can't wait to try it in my hard wood floors.

The Bissell CrossWave does a fantastic job on my hardwood and tile floors. I have tried so may ways to clean my floors and I have finally found what does the job! My hardwood floors shine and we have no more streaks. The tile floors feels so clean on my feet. I wish they would come out with one that around 24 inch's wide. I have a lot of floor area and this would make it faster for me. I highly recommend this floor cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased our 1st CrossWave in March and loved it. With 2 kids under 3 and a large dog, our house gets messy. I can wash vacuum and wash he floors at the same time and I'm done in minutes. Now we just purchased our 2nd one to have at our farm office. To say I LOVE IT, is an understatement. Well worth the investment.

Finally decided to spend the money and try the CrossWave as I have trouble with my back and using my hands and mopping was hard. I have mainly hardwood and tile floors. 2 dogs and 2 cats in this household. While I won't throw out my vacuum and suggest pre-vacuuming the bare floors of pet hair and dirt (I use a light-weight cordless sweeper), the vacuum part of this still lifted hair and dirt missed by vacuum. Mopping was very easy to do and I did grow to really like it by the end of my first use. Fill the tank with warm water and solution and off you go. Hardwood had no streaks and floors dried quickly. The mop roller was not that hard to clean. Put some clean water in the storage pan and turn the unit on. It washes off the roller. Lift the clear top plate and remove the clean roller and it stores on the storage pan. Rinse the other parts and let dry then replace. I did moan at first that the cord attached to the unit at floor level but then discovered there was a small clip in the handle to hook the cord on. I even did a test on carpet with the normal cleaning roller. While it didn't clean the carpet like a rug cleaner would I did manage to lift the spot. Instead of using the solution-water over and over, I used a spray bottle of plain water and the CrossWave to lift the water from the carpet. For an older person or someone with a hurting shoulder, the unit is a bit heavier than a normal stick-vacuum but better than having to mop and wring. The unit head was just slightly to wide to fit between the toliet and wall in one bathroom but did in another. I also have a Bissell Steam and Sweep that steam mops and vacuums and the CrossWave is a far better product to spend your money on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to work ok, and it's handy to have a vacuum and mop in one, but it's crazy loud and therefore unpleasant to use. Also very strange to have no OFF switch. The only way I have figured out how to turn it off, is to pull the plug. After use various piece parts have to be taken apart and washed, so you'll he handling the gunk to keep it from going down and blocking the drain. Then all the parts have to he left out to dry for 24 hrs. This might work for people who have a dedicated roomy laundry room with laundry sink, but for small apartments this is a minus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a stroke 7 years ago which affected my left side. The stroke left me using my right arm and hand only. The Bissell is so easy for me to use. It's light weight which i need because my current vacuum is to heavy for me tp pull around and use. Since the Bissell washes and vacuums together, my home is a lit cleaner now. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this a few times since my purchase last month. So far it is great. I can not believe how dirty my floors were. I got rid of the swifter, and mop and bucket. I felt like it did a great job on my area rug as well. The only small negative is it is bigger than I visioned it would be so I do need to store it somewhere other than the hall closet. Final thought - happy with how it cleans for sure.

It cleans beautifully on our wood floor, without leaving too much moisture and great for our LVT, Luxury Vinyl Tile. I plan to use it also on floor rugs to save from washing in a machine.

I did vacuum before using this machine on my floors, but found the container that collects the dirty water said it all. The floors also dry quickly. I did clean all parts of the crosswave to ensure the longevity of the machine. This is definitely a "SWEEPSTAKES" Winner!!
