I was visiting my daughter a few months ago and she had invested in a Crosswave and I didn't know that there were cleaners that did BOTH vacuum and mop!! I contemplated since it was a pretty penny BUT well worth every penny!!!! I actually clean my floors every other day!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! I read some of the bad reviews, but they are not reading the directions regarding the streaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have handscraped engineered hardwood floors in my home and nothing was working to keep them clean. I used the swiffer, bona and a steam mop, the floors would look good for about an hour, as long as I had socks on my feet. Soon as the socks came off I could see feet print all over. The build up from the other products was clearly evident. My crosswave along with the solution by Bissell, has done wonders for my floors. I am a very satisfied customer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 large long hair dogs that are always tracking in dirt and leaves....Ive never been a fan of mopping until I got my new Crosswave. Its SO easy to use unlike a traditional mop. Throw your old mop in the garbage and get one of these for Christmas. You wont be disappointed.

I just love the vacuum. First time a vacuum that does it all, mops and vacuums at the same time. You can mop your area rugs abd vacuum them. It's very easy to maneuver and suction is great too. I have two dogs they are heavy shedders a golden retriever and a German shepherd and it does an excellent job cleaning up those dirty paws and picking up all the hair off the floor. I highly recommend this vacuum!! Thank you Bissell !

The things that prevented me from giving 5 stars is that it was pretty loud, doesnt fit completely under furniture and it's more difficult to maneuver on rugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite my having six cats and always in the yard, my floors were always pretty clean. Or so I thought. I used to use Swiffer and thought it gog my floors clean; however, after using the CrossWave, I was clearly wrong. The first time i used it, I washed the floors twice! I was shocked to see how much more dirt the CrossWave picked up. Great product, picks up the cat hair, dust, dirt and refreshed the area rug. It saved me a lot of time from first vacuuming then washing the floors. I won't ever use anything else besides this product again.

I've only used this a few times it works really well comes with extra brushes and bottles of floor cleaner it's pretty easy to use I recommend watching a few tube videos and be sure to clean after each use which is simple and what the big tray that comes with it is for I only gave 4 stars because I want to use it a few more times we recently went to all tile and vinyl floors with area rugs and have 3 dogs so the vacuum is great saves time so far so good :)

This reduces the need to sweep, wipe up, or anything other than turning this unit on and vacuuming and cleaning your mess right up. Then it also dries it up making it a breeze to clean up spilled messes like cereal, accidents from pets, etc. LOVE IT!!!
