[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since we moved into our current house we have about 2500 sq ft of tile and have never completed mopping the whole house in one clean. And the back pain made the job something we rarely do. This vaccuum has made the job SO much easier and not NEARLY as hard on the body. I could see, smell, and feel a difference in the areas cleaned and it took so little time. The multi surface cleaning solution smells SO good. My only complaint is that the reservoirs are small and required frequent filling and emptying.

This is the second crosswave I have purchased as my first one had a mishap during a move. I like the crosswave and feels it gives my floors a nice clean. I also love being able to do my area rugs more than if I was to do in the washing machine. The only difference is with this one I only got one roller - the multi purpose roller. My first one had 3, one for hardwood, one for carpet and one multi purpose. Glad I was able to rescue the other rollers from my old one.

I also have a very bad back and I needed something that would clean my floor with ease. Well, this was it! It was easy to use and my floor was spotless when I was done! It was worth every dime!

Great on hardwood floors cuts time of cleaning in half by not having to pull out the vacuum to get all the mess off before going through with the mop. My mom has shoulder pain and side to side motion of mopping was hurting her. This is so much easier and comfortable for her to use! Am considering buying myself one as well now!

It finds dirt that is not even visible to the eye. It was easy to assemble and I've used it every day since! Nicely done Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well on my hardwood floors. It does what it says it will do. I found cleaning the machine after use a bit time consuming. Parts and pieces that need cleaning do clean up very well. I will not be using this machine daily or weekly as it is a not just bring it out and clean a small area type machine. A bit bigger and heavier than expected. It did a very good job in the areas I have used it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit was quite easy to use and also for being handicap it was very easy to go from hardwood floors and go on to clean crapet. It took old dog spots in the carpet and cleaned quite well. My wife said she has found something to do.

I love how good my house smells! We pet-sit a lot of dogs, so we run it through the house to sanitize the floors at least twice a day and use it on the front porch rug to refresh it. Not awesome with the amount of pet hair we have, so we still sweep before use to keep it from getting clogged, but we expected that and don't mind. I love that it doesn't leave a ton of moisture on the floor.

With the ease of vacuuming and washing using one machine, it makes quick work for pet owners. The CrossWave is great to use, easily takes care of dry and wet messes and cleans up quickly.
