[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old, sick dog and he has a lot of accidents. So when I got new vinyl plank flooring, I knew I needed a new way to keep it clean. The Crosswave has been a life saver. No more scrubbing on my hands and knees. It quickly cleans up messes and the Crosswave is easy to clean too. If you have hard floors, I cannot recommend this enough.

I never realized how dirty my floors were until I used the Crosswave. I cleaned my tile and wood floors and a couple carpets......I'm glad that I finally got them clean. I'm looking forward to the next time I clean them. The results will be interesting. Hopefully a lot less dirt!

When it died I did some research and decided I liked what I was reading about the BISSELL CrossWave. It does a great job on both hardwood and tile floors. The machine is quick to ready for use and quick to clean up after. I love being able to vacuum and mop in one step. Will certainly tell family and friends about this time saver.

I first cleaned my hardwood floors the way I always did, first vacuuming then washing with hardwood floor cleaner. I then went over them with the CrossWave and was amazed at how dirty my "clean" floors were. The water container was brown!!!! Now I have no need to vacuum and then wash the floor. This machine is fantastic. I recommended it to my future daughter-in law, and she loves it, too. It makes cleaning floors a pleasure.

This product is AWESOME! Not only does it vacuums your floor it also cleans it. I also love the swivel head, it keeps me from moving chairs. GREAT product! I am very pleased! :-)

I'm 65 and have lots of grkids and animals running running around my house. I don't have the time or energy to sweep them\n mop my house. I find this product great for my bottom floor is all tile(master br, kitchen, bathx2 and living room) No, it doesn't get the edges great or under low furniture but it does cut down on my time on the rest of floor.

Love I don't have to sweep then vacuum or mop. One step and done! And cleans sticky and stuck on easily. The only thing I don't like is it's pretty loud. But worth it for how well it cleans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been quite impressed with the Crosswave's ability to "vacuum" and mop at the same time. It cleaned nicely for the most part, but didn't get off the dried on stains and doesn't clean the grout areas as I had hoped it would. I don't know how long lasting this device is yet, so I can't give it the 4 stars yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works Ok on the floor scrubbing option, the negative is the squeegee always leaves water behind when suction and going backwards as you move the machine in the direction your going to clean floor looks streaky after the scrubbing I just completed the job by mopping after, but it does clean and scrub the floor def. a diffrence
