I love this! With 3 boys ranging from 1 to 9 and 2 dogs cleaning feels like an all day event. Being able to sweep and mop at the same time? That's a win ! The suction is great and I can't believe how dirty my hardwood floors were prior to using the cross wave. I love the self cleaning function, it's not the same as the cordless but it makes cleaning the Crosswave easy after it picks up all the dirt off my floors without having to take it completely apart and wipe it down making it more time consuming. The only flaw that I personally do not like is that it is loud. This is not something I can use when my youngest is napping and my kids have complained about how loud it is. But it's not a make or break to me. I'm glad I made this purchase !

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because its a little heavy for me and a bit difficult to maneuver. But honestly, this thing cleans so well that I'll deal with the annoying bits. OH...AND IT CLEANS ITSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET THIS VAC YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for all my floors (no Carpets or rugs). I am amazed at how much dirt it puts up. I typically go over each area twice to make sure it gets really clean. To help it dry faster I only use the suction after the last cleaning pass. I also empty the dirty out and change the roller before I go to a new room. Once it dries, I apply Bruce hardwood and laminate floor cleaner to get the sheen that I like. Love It!

It's lightweight and moves easily across the floor. The vacuum works great on hard floor surfaces and the mop cleans the floor with just a couple of quick passes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had about 1500 square feet of waterproof vinyl laminate installed and trying to get it clean with a conventional mop left a lot of residue. Disposable wet pads are okay for spot cleaning, but we used too many for our large area. I looked at dozens of reviews and YouTube evaluations (by real people) and decided to give the CrossWave a try. I'm a gadget guy, but skeptically optimistic; my wife is a harsh critic when it comes to the appearance of our home, but we are both quite satisfied with the performance of the device. Now, we don't have kids or pets; we use the Crosswave for cleaning up everyday dust and what gets tracked in. We don't expect it to clean up spilled food without removing the bulk of the mess first. It doesn't get tight to the walls (most reviews mention this) but that's taken care of with one wet wiper. It is a little expensive, but at this point we consider it a good value for the money. (If it hadn't worked, we were going back to carpet.)

I had used the Floormate for years on my tile floors and really liked how clean it go my floors. We have moved to a house with Travertine floors and learned that the soft stone needs a microfiber cloth for cleaning. The Crosswave uses a microfiber roller, and I found that using the roller for wood floors to be perfect. The dirty water was really dirty, so I know the Crosswave did a good job. It is lighter and easy to maneuver.

Having dogs and a all tile house isn't a good combo but with this bissell my floors hold a cleaner look longer. I think my favorite part is the fact your not dipping your mop continuously in a dirty bucket with the two different holding tanks. It's super easy to use and easy clean of the machine as well. If you need help setting up your machine or how to use it most definitely would suggest using the YouTube videos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have oak waxed flooring and linoleum. It cleans the unsealed wooden flooring like a dream. The kitchen flooring is patterned to look like tile. My Crosswave cleans out pigments and design of the flooring perfectly. I also use the cleaner on my flagstone. What a great job on it also.
