[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine to use on my hardwood floors and it is wonderful! I could not believe how dirty my floors were prior to using this for the first time. I would recommend it to everyone with hard surface floors.

I am so pleased I bought this floor cleaner. I used to see a film on my wood floors no matter what product I used with my spray mop and now know it was because I was just smearing the dirt around rather than removing it. With the crosswave always using clean water and depositing the dirty water in a separate container my floors now shine! It is easy to use and clean! I highly recommend this product.

The ease of only one cleaner for my home allowed easy care on floors and easy cleanup. I needed my energy to wait on him. Wish I had gotten it earlier. Mops don't leave the beautiful clean shine and they feel so clean.

It's lightweight and moves easily across the floor. The vacuum works great on hard floor surfaces and the mop cleans the floor with just a couple of quick passes. I was concerned that this wouldn't be strong enough for my household of 3 dogs. I used it today on my hardwood and tile floors and it worked great. The suction is very strong. I used it on a couple of area rugs, also, and it cleaned them well. The grout on the tile floor is much cleaner than it was. Great overall product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mobility issues and it was getting hard for me to wipe up spills and pet accidents as I couldn't reach to the floor. My Bissell Crosswave not only scrubs the area, it picks up all of the water it uses and I just have to empty the container and rinse off the roller. I cleaned a small rug and my sealed wood floors and they were clean and dry by the time I was done. Thank you, Bissell family and company, for solving a frustrating problem for me.

Did not care for it. Did not pick up as much water as it spat out. Turned m white area rug into a gray one. My husband and was livid by the time we shipped it back. Also the handle once it is clicked in is permanent. So if you ship it back you have to buy a larger box. I cleaned it after each use and dried it. Yet the very next time I would vacuum the most foul smell came from the vacuum. And I was really excited about the reviews I had seen prior but this was a true let down. It also left a film on my floor. I followed the instructions and used only the bissell solution in the instructed amounts. Not sure if I just got a dud or if this is the product standard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it mostly on hard floors. I pre-vacuum the floors because with two dogs there is always hair everywhere. It is easier to use than a mop and pail but still takes a long time to clean the unit afterwards. As there is still dog hair accumulated in the unit I will try a different approach by vacuuming smaller sections then using the crosswave one section at s time. I would appreciate more suction power. It does fo a nice job cleaning.
