Used it once on very dirty floors in my cabin in the Oregon mountains. It was so much easier to use than a mop and no wringing or extra cleaning of the mop head. When I say the floors are dirty, I mean really dirty. With the Bissell, I'm not mopping with a dirty mop or dirty mop water. The floors are much cleaner as a result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on laminate floors and I am amazed at how much dirt and hair it picks up. I purchased the corded unit and found that the cord is a bit bothersome, so if you can afford the cordless unit, go for it. Overall a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic hard floor cleaner! I have owned at Hoover hard floor cleaner for many years and thought it was great. Then I tried the Crosswave. It is lightweight, easy to use and clean after use. Most importantly, my floors are very clean! Love it!

I love the BISSELL Crosswave all in one multi surface wet dry vac. It has made my life so much easier, when it comes to cleaning ALL the floors in our house. One machine allows both vacuuming and mopping with a push of a button. What a great idea they've come up with on this one. The floors have never looked or smelled better.

I can quickly clean my kitchen and hardwood floors without the extra step of vacuuming. Floors dry fast. Vacuum has great suction. Amazing to see amount of duty that comes if my floor. Only downside is cleaning machine afterwards but still better than cleaning my carpet cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it to clean different floorings from vinyl, rugs and carpet. At first it was cleaning well, but later the suction was just releasing more of the mix and spits the dirt back. I think it losses the suction, because it really becomes noisy and wet dirt regurgitates back to the floor.

So far really like how this machine cleans. My hardwood and LV floor looks great. It is fairly easy to clean. Just takes a little to make sure it is clean inside the tube between roller and bath waste tank. As long as you clean up right away it's easy. Wish more filters would come with unit. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars

Finally a brush that rotates properly, it does a better job than one that is smaller and rotates horizontally. The brush is actually made up of bristles plus a mop like material that gets into the depressed grout area better! I have a hoover and it is too light and doesn't get into the grout. I wish they would make a machine that would scrub better. Bissell does this better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood floors with area rugs. Every couple of years I would send out the area rugs for cleaning. I used the CrossWave on the dining room floor. I thought the cleanest room in the house as we hardly use it. I did the floor first and once dry I did the area rug. I could not believe the dirt in the dirty water tank, I had to show my husband. The floors look shiny and the rug smells great. I didn't have a smell in the rug to begin with but it just smells fresh. I love, love. love this machine. My daughter in law kept telling me how much she loved it, I personally held off because I didn't want to spend the money, I'm sorry I waited, this is well worth it.
