[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, if I could give 4.5 stars I would. It's absolutely what I wanted out of my first big girl purchase, but the buttons did need some getting used to and sometimes the dirty water tank is hard to take out because things get stuck in it.

Having a very, very large cleaner in pevious years, this compact version works great. We have a 10 month old puppy. He did lots of icky things to the carpets. This Bissell cleaner took up the left over stains that had been there a few months now. Now, its not super powerful but in all it works well on the floors and rugs. We have a 1989 sq ft home. Minus 2 unused rooms, we use the large capacity in the vessel & its all done. Thanks Bissell!

It's great for floors don't have to sweet except for big stuff. It vacuums and mops and you don't have to constantly change the water super light weight and easy to use. I do not think this is good for carpet/rug clean up unless it is fresh and superficial your going to need the heavy duty pet cleaner one for that.

As soon as it arrived my husband put it together and the next day he did all the tile floors and area carpets! I was easy to use and stores nicely! We even went out and ordered one of your canister vacs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yall this Bissell crosswave is of the chain. I knew I moped my floors and yet my grandchildren's socks would always be dirty on the bottom. So I watched video after video and decided to purchase this product. I could not believe my eyes when I saw what came up off my floor or how brown the water was. True story..my husband came home from work after I had done the living room floor..he said I never noticed this floor had gray in it. That's a big deal a man noticed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly I would say that I love my Bissell Crosswave becuase of its ability to vacuum and mop in one step. It's lightweight and easy to use. It's perfect for my home. If I had larger areas to clean frequently however the cost of the liquid cleaner would add up quickly. Also it doesn't have the ability to get into tight spaces as much as I would like. All in all though I'm happy with the Crosswave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this machine! You get to sweep and mop at the same time! You can go from washing your hard floors to vacuuming the rug. It really works great on both. Also when you use it instead of mopping the floor dries very fast. You don't have to bend over or work your back to use it. It's light weight and sleek. This helps cut down on dust as well because your not sweeping it into the air. You can clean the machine very well after each use (which is SUPER EASY to do) to keep it in good condition and running like new. The floor roller brush cleans up very nice, I was surprized as I thought it would be stained brown forever after the first use on my floors. The only thing that could use some improvement is the size of the catch tank. You do have to empty it often. This machine is my FAVORITE, I am totally in LOVE. Sweepstakes.

Great vacuum mop.suction is good on hardwood and area rugs as well. A slight inconvenience is that the dirty water tank is very small and has to be cleaned/emptied multiple times.and yes we need to clean the vac parts after using it but i don't find that very difficult. The parts are easy to assemble and disassemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Crosswave hard floor cleaner for the first time a week ago. What a difference! I have hard tile floors in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. The grout was deep gray instead of white. Cleaning the kitchen tile with the Crosswave liquid cleaner in the machine produced deep gray water in the waste tank from years of ineffective cleaning methods. I hope to clean frequently until I can get to the creamy color in the grout and fairly clear water in the waste tank. In the meantime, the kitchen floor is shiny, squeaky clean! The lanai has endured wind blown dust for nearly two years, due to land development behind our home. Also, a plant has blown over three times in the last two months, scattering a fine layer of black silt on the linoleum. Mopping wasn't making much of a difference, or even scrubbing on my hands and knees with a brush. With the leftover cleaning water in the tank and a clean, empty waste tank, I headed out to clean as much as possible. The waste water was muddy black. I used clear water to make a second sweep of the area, which produced more muddy water. This machine really gets to the bottom of the dirt! I knew to use Bissell liquid cleaner in the machine, but it wasn't clear that it had to be the Crosswave brand. So, all week I've been waiting for the shipment of the correct bottles to arrive. This is notable because my mother threw away her Hoover steam cleaner and is waiting to see what my new Bissell will do on her kitchen floor. If she sees an improvement, she will buy a Crosswave, also. I read the reviews and am aware of the pitfalls with this model. I chose to buy it anyway, because there isn't anything as effective for the price. I bought a little Bissell rug spot cleaner a few years ago for our daughter. It's efficient and easy to use, so I was already leaning toward a Bissell product. I would buy this product again.

I was very impressed with cleaning of area rugs. Amount of solution dispensed was easy to adjust based on thickness of rug. Attachment worked well to lift along with cleaning. I did use my regular vacuum after rugs dried to soften. Cleaning of tile worked well but did need to wipe in some areas along walls and base boards. Rotating head worked well but need to make sure that is locked into place before walking away
