[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three children, a puppy and an on-going home renovation. This has been a lifesaver. It picks up kid crumbs, contractor footprints and puppy prints all at once when I was sweeping, vacuuming and mopping. Works really well on our stained concrete floors. Leaves light streaking on engineered hardwood floors that I then quickly swipe over with wet mop. Have used it on the throw rugs to touch up coffee spills, puppy accidents and more and it does the trick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have laminate hardwood floors and this works wonders for helping keep those floors and my feet clean. I've used other Bissell products in the past and they never disappoint. The multi-surface brush that comes standard works well. It's very easy to clean and know when you've got the dirt off the floor. There are other brush heads that we'll be investing in, in the future to clean our area rugs a but better though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have multiple animals so this is nice that it vacuums and washes in one go - only two negatives in my opinion: 1) is that the hair/debris all mixes in with the water and then you have to dump that water/debris/hair down your drains. Most of this stuff isn't actually suitable to be flushing down the sewer system and probably shouldn't be as it could potentially clog pipes, etc. I recommend draining the water and dumping the bulk of debris in the garbage. 2) Does not get close to edges, however has significant suction it will collect debris from edges but not wash the edges approx 1 inch away from walls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it goes back and forth from hard floors to my area rug. It did a fantastic job on both. I wet cleaned my laminent floors, then cleaned my rug without water. It still brightened my area rug too. It does take a little more time to clean out than I expected, but I imagine that will get faster in time. I an finding that it gets a little funky and slightly clogged between the roller and the dirt collection cup. But I just rinse it in my tub. I sew, and wondered if hair and thread might get wrapped around the roller, but most all of it ended up in the dirt collection cup, so I was pleased with that. It is amazing how much stuff it pulled ot off my rug. I love not having to sweep prior to mopping. Unbeknownst to me my niece got one the same week I did and was raving about hers on facebook too. So far I am thrilled.

I was truly sceptical about the Crosswave. The ability to vacuum and clean the floor at the same time is a major time saver. I had watched several videos before purchasing the Crosswave. I cleaned my kitchen floor first and I was very impressed with the results. I do wish the clean water tank held more water to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine cuts my weekly floor cleaning time. I have several animals in my house and keeping my floors clean is a chore. I am impressed with how clean this machine gets my floors without me having to vacuum before I mop. While it not marketed for carpets (only rugs), I use this on my carpets as well and they look and smell great.

So easy to operate and cuts cleaning time in half, PLUS my back wasn't hurting afterwards. Makes fast work of cleaning the floors and does an amazing job! My house smells so clean, and the floors shine. Works great on multiple services…only question is why did I wait so long to buy one?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a vinyl plank floor that shows every spot of water or dirt that I am constantly having to clean. I love that this will vacuum and clean at the same time. It saves me from having to sweep the floor before I mop it. I also love that you are constantly using clean water on the floor instead of just pushing a dirty mop around. The only thing that is kind of a pain is having to take the machine apart and clean it after every use.

Works great however, I felt like I had to go over my area rugs 2 or 3 times. They weren't that dirty. Or were they?? I will be able to tell better next time I clean them. Overall, I am happy with the product, the value and multi=use functions. I would recommend.

I have two large dogs that track in a ton of dirt and drop a lot of hair. I hated vacuuming and mopping my tile floors. This machine is great because it does both. I can't believe how much dirt comes off my tile floors. I also use it for a few doormats and small area rugs. I am very happy with my purchase.
