[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to cut down on the amount of time I spent vacuuming then mopping my floors. I spent the time reviewing this product and finally purchased. The first time using I was surprised on how easy it is to use but also how clean my floors were after. Love the vacuum and mop feature and definitely cuts my cleaning time. Easy to clean vacuum after use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My entire downstairs and steps are in luxury vinyl. Before purchasing my Bissell, I use the traditional mops to clean these floors. I thought my floors were clean, However, when I used the Bissell for the first time, the dirty water collected was dark gray and full of small particles the Bissell was able to lift. Truly a great way to clean my floors and I immediately threw away my old mops.

This was a gift. But I am told they live it. I'm writing because I ordered during Christmas season and I did not get an email regarding payment receipt or shipping. I called Ian's it was very easy to reach customer service and they are pleasant and helped me right of way. I also had my order within a week!

The CrossWave is an interesting machine. I have only used it on tile, since that is my main surface. The unit wasn't hard to set up. The directions are pretty simple. Taking the unit apart for cleanup is a little more time consuming, but is necessary. On the tile, the unit performed very well. I waited until I had finished making an especially messy dinner, and the unit was able to pick up loose debris, and scrubbed stuck-on material off quite well. My tile floors are unfortunately textured (small depressions and crevices) so the process was longer than I image it would be for standard or lightly textured tile. My mother was visiting and was very excited about how well the unit performed. Her tile is more conventional, and she also has a great deal of hardwood flooring. I am still impressed with the function of the unit, and am glad I purchased it. Cleaning takes a little longer with the textured tile, as does drying, but on conventional tile and wood, I imagine the cleaning would be faster, and the drying almost perfect.

It works perfectly fine the only issue is to clean the brush roller. Sometimes, hair get stuck into it. Also, the amount of solution used is high per cleaning session, if the house size is around 500sqft. The replacement solution is costly, bissel should allow alternate solutions for affordability. Overall the performance of the vacuum is good.

I'm in a Century farmhouse with old wood floors, on a dirt road with dogs and cats and other humans who forget to take off boots before tromping through the house. I hate mopping. Before the first use I vacuumed well first, and was pleasantly horrified at how much more dirt and hair the Bissell picked up off the floors. So I hope it can keep up with this household. It makes a job I detest so much easier.

I am pretty satisfied with the crosswave. I love that I can vacuum and mop at the same time, especially since I have ALL hardwood floors - I was not looking forward to doing two rounds of floor care! If there is a spot that has been on the floor for a while, I still have "deep clean" that spot to get all of it to come up. But overall - loving it!

I love that I can vacuum and clean with solution all at the same time. I also love that it doesn't require a different solution based on the floor surface, tile vs. wood. It does a good job on new spills on carpet but old stains require my Bissell Handheld spot cleaner as the Crosswave is too light to scrub carpet well. All in all i love this unit and have purchased 2 more to give as Christmas Gifts.

I'm happy with the purchase although I will continue to use my Shark for everyday cleaning and the just use my Bissell for my floors and to clean my area rugs. I'm not completely impressed but satisfied with my purchase.

We researched and decided on this machine out of all all similar products. We have not been disappointed. This bundle is the same as the one available from the manufacturer at about a $90 savings from Sam's club. No one else offers as many extras. Best package deal available, GREAT VALUE!!
